walter cIt was not a friendly experience and personal was not helped. It was only one employee and waiting was lengthy. I was given inaccurate pricing and didn't have the total amount in the end due to misleading information given to me from the employee. Was unable to drop off u-haul at the nearest location from my new/moving address hadnto drive 30 minutes to drop off from new address. Very very displeased!

Samuel NSi much trouble trying to pick up and return the truck had to do it over the phone the app doesn’t work properly to me is really complicated it has so many things should of be more simple, before this app the process was simple and easy. The truck had a lock in the back waist a lot of time over the phone trying to fix it. My first bad experience renting a U-Haul

Susan RI think the location is good. The guy that maintains the property was nice, but the truck ruined the entire experience. This truck should be out of service. It is a road hazard and can be dangerous for customers. The steering is not stable, breaks are stiff and every toothpick line in the road felt like the truck was gonna fall apart. If you hold the steering wheel straight the truck would veer right or left and at 60mph it gets worse. You’re constantly wiggling the steering wheel down the road to stay within the lanes. That is a hazard, accident waiting to happen. I felt like I was set-up with this truck.

Alvin MThe truck didn't come with the dolly or pads which i requested. They did give me a refund but having the right equipment would have been nice.
SIMON MRequested a furniture dolly they had none. Truck was super noisy as if the catalytic converter was missing. But overall it got the job done and it was super easy to get to and drop off when done. And close to my house and storage.

Oluwagbenga AI was charged double for the rate I requested for. I dropped off the truck on Friday at 4:30 pm but I was charged as if I dropped the truck off on Saturday. I havent been contacted or credited for the amount until now.

The gentleman that was there was so friendly, knowledgeable, and was training when I went in.... you could tell he had so much patience with the new co-worker. I had an awesome experience and would definitely return in 3 weeks for another truck.

Jacqueline SOn the return vehicle option online, it does not give the option to upload a photo already in my phone. I had taken a photo of the odometer before exiting and was not able to upload it and I had already exited the vehicle.
