David RHire better people who know not only what they're doing but care about the job they do. Our pods were due on January 4th I was called that morning to alerted to the fact that the driver didn't feel well and if It was ok to deliver them the next day. I said no, it wasn't ok as we had planned to return to Delaware to finish our packing and moving. So we then had to change our work and personal schedules to accommodate U-Haul. Then on Friday the 5th the delivery was scheduled to be between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. I had to call the local office in North Carolina at 12:55 to find out where the driver was. I was told "we don't know but we'll get back to you". A few minutes later I got a text saying the driver will be at least 2.5 hours late. The driver ended up finally arriving at 5:30 p.m. I still had to unload both boxes as they were scheduled for pickup the next morning. And I had rent a U-Haul truck to move some of the contents of the boxes. That cost twice as much because now it was on a weekend and not a Thursday. I also had to kill a vacation day on the 5th of January to do the things I was supposed to do on Saturday but couldn't because now I had to travel. I'll never use the PODS again and being held hostage by the whims of the idiot and incompetent driver. This same driver got her pod-moving tractor stuck when making a previous delivery. She sat in my driveway for 4 hours waiting for a tow truck to do what she should have been able to do in 4 minutes. Don't ever use U-Haul's PODs program.

Larry FFor starters the owners could have been at the location when they said they would be. We saw a sign on their front door to call, we called the number 3 times no one answered, then we called Uhual and they finally contacted the owners. They were 30 minutes late to their own business after scheduling the appointment online for pickup. To make matters worse the inside of the business was a hoarded ice cream shop that needs to be condemned. Probably the worst customer service or even just experience with a business

Gregory CLocation was not staffed (11:00 am on a Friday). Called the phone number on the sign on the door - no answer. so unhooked trailer and left. Got a call an hour later, staff said they would check the trailer in later. Won't be using this location in the future.

JOSEPH HI was contacted and asked if I were familiar with the drop off location very friendly call. I returned the truck was met in the drive way no waiting around. The representative again provided all return information and noted I had not received the blankets I had ordered at the pickup. Overall an excellent experience!

I had until 5:00 PM to return the 15’ vehicle I had rented, but all other locations were closed or had no room to accept the returned vehicle. This location’s staff was very detailed and professional, but also very friendly.
