When I turned in the truck I questioned why I had to put in almost seven gallons of gas. He assured me that the tank had been filled. My receipt shows I travelled only 16 miles. That surely does not require nearly seven gallons of gas.

Location is at a dangerous intersection. Vehicle was not filthy but certainly not as clean as it could have been. I swept it thoroughly before and after use. Upper cab-over area had not been cleaned for some time. Transmission gear shift was sticky going into reverse. Friendly and helpful staff.

I called ahead of time to make sure we could drop the trailer off being it was late, it was 5:40pm. I arrived at the store around 5:55pm. I was greeted as though I was being pushed out the door, they close at 6:00pm. The person (male) behind the counter did not give me any direction, I asked if I needed to give him my papers from Uhaul, can I lay them on the counter. He said yes, he was helping another customer. I waited, then he said can u back your trailer up by the other 6x12 trailers. Yes I can. The other male was preparing for closing the store, turning the lights off and locking the door. I proceeded to back up the trailer with no assistance, until I went back in and requested guidance. We'll, I suppose I can help he said. Then he asked if I could un hitch the trailer, I said do what? They're heavy. Finally he helped un hitch the trailer. Then he said I need a block, there's blocks behind the other trailers, go get me one so the trailer won't move. He should have thought about that prior to unhooking the trailer. Very lazy employees, I'm thoroughly disappointed in the customer service. I'm requesting a full refund!!!!!!!!

Despite making the reservation more than 1 week ahead, I received a call just two days ahead of the rental indicating the truck I reserved was unavailable at this location. Instead, I would need to drive 30+ miles to get the vehicle. Due to blizzard conditions (no one's fault) that office was closed. In the end I had no choice but to rent a truck that was a different size and had to make it work. Also, I didn't notice until pulling out of the rental lot that the fuel tank was not full despite them marking it was. . This rental was expensive and the service given didn't measure up at all.

Sand or salt your parking lot better, so no one else falls on the ice getting out of the rented uhaul truck they are returning.

We lost a lot of time (an hour) because the snow had not been removed from around the trailer we rented. The door on the trailer stuck both opening and closing. I'm guessing there is a bent rail that prevents it from operating smoothly.

The ONLY issue was that I had to get a truck from a location 38 miles away from Rochester. No/charge on the miles but I had to put extra gas in it to get where we needed. BUT all in all we made it work out. Thanks for now, Norm Menken

Passenger lower side mirror was cracked in several places. Neither mirror was adjustable. Made for interesting "exercising" on over 1800 mile trip. That mirror needs to be replaced, dangerous. Truck should have never been rented to us for that length of trip. Agent said "it's okay"!!

Uhaul needs to overhaul their corporate policy in that they dont allow one to rent a 26ft truck locally for more than a day consecutively. I attempted to rent a 26ft truck primarily as storage as our closing dates for homes were off by a few days. I was turned away even though I was willing to pay my daily fee and any related mileage. I was told by corporate that it was to allow others the chance to rent these size trucks and was further told I could get one from approximately 30 miles away but would have to go pick it up and pay mileage to get back to where I needed to use it. What a poor policy in that you will turn away a guaranteed paying customer for a “what if someone else comes along philosophy”. Needless to say, Uhaul will never get my business again. I will always go elsewhere. This would like me going into a restaurant and being turned away because I had a third eyeball. If you have a paying customer why would you ever turn them away in a competitive market. This is a policy that really needs to be re-examined. Finally, the customer service at my location was excellent and very easy to work with, they just couldn’t rent me the vehicle to meet my needs due to corporate policy. Would love to have someone contact me back to discuss further.

The truck was very clean and worked fine. But I went in the store at 9:03 am and wasn't done until 9:28. Most of that time was waiting for their computer to be ready...or operator error. There was no one else in the store, and it still took 25 minutes. Also, he said that the gas tank was full, but it obviously wasn't. When I filled the tank after using the truck, it took 8.65 gallons to fill after going 27.7 miles. There's no way that I believe the truck only gets 3.2 mpg, and if it does, I shouldn't be paying for the gas -- they should.

Was suppose to pick up and drop off here but didn't because they didnt have a truck so had to pick up in faribault. I dropped the truck off at Ez own and it was nice and easy to get the truck parked and the keys to the drop box. But it was a mess after that

Ryan was extremely helpful and understanding providing an excellent level of service while renting a car hauler to our family who's sons car broke down returning home to Canada from university Ryan stayed open late to enable us to purchase a ball and hitch in order to tow the unit home. Man I don't know how anything could have went any better! I have used U Haul before, but not for a while. End of day completely satisfied.

The address I was given to pick up the uhaul was not the correct address. I think the two uhaul locations in Owatona Mn have the addresses switched. My paperwork said Hoffman Dr. Thankfully the Huffman drive location gave us the updated information. The uhaul computers were down so it took some time to get our trailer. They were very helpful

I was charged for driving the uhaul almost 60 miles when we only went about 10 miles to move from one side of town to the other.Ridiculous. I know accidents happen, but ... seriously. Just waiting on my refund now.
