I never received an email about my pick up location being changed so I went to the original pick up location first. I think the new pick up location called me but it was never explicitly told to me that the location changed, so since I was packing when she called, I didn't notice that the name of the pick up location is different. There are 2 uhaul locations within 15 minutes of my house, but the location was changed from 15 minutes away to over 30 minutes away. Extremely frustrating that they moved the pick up location without telling me and that it was so much farther away. I lost an hour of my day going to the wrong location and trying to find this truck. The original pick up location was very nice and the guy was very helpful and found out where the truck had been moved to.Callie A.

We are not from the area arranged for pick up in Wilkes Barre along with hotel. Had a call the afternoon before pick that the location had been changed to Hamlin, PA quite a distance from our hotel and original pre arranged pick up location. Arrived in Hamlin and the pick up location looked rough/sketchy with a Rottweiler on location for security. Truck we received was bigger than we ordered. Area we were moving from was narrow streets. Specifically ordered the size of truck we did so it would fit down narrow street and we could park it.Jeanna V.

Make sure equipment is looked at and is in good functioning wise. I had a bad experience with these car transport. I was unloading a vehicle off and the transport came off the ball hitch. It put two dents and I foot long scratch in my tail gate. Bad equipmentAngel V.

It was hard to schedule a delivery. The employee on the first end was unable to set me up as a delivery customer, so he was forced to put me as self pick up temporarily. Due to weather conditions (I imagine) my box was late in crossing the country. It arrived AFTER my scheduled pick up time. When I called to have he deliver scheduled I was told they couldn't do it because I was â€œlate with pick upâ€. It took several phone calls (everyone was friendly and helped as they could) to get it scheduled for delivery. Calling the Transit hub directly is what got it scheduled. It then arrived on time and the driver was lovely. The employees were all great. It seems the computer system was blocking them out of doing what they needed to do to make the proper arrangements.REBEKAH T.

I was suppose to pick up an auto transporter at the Binghamton location but their auto transporter was missing a tire and the straps were cut do to someone steeling it. Because I needed it I went to the Hamlin location to pick it up. But because I brought it back to Binghamton it cost me $127 instead of $58. Also found out that the auto transporter was suppose to be brought up to Binghamton because it was originally from Florida and Binghamton needed it for obvious reasons. So can I get my $127 back because I did your job or at least only charge me $58? Thanks for your helpFilippo M.

EZ body shop was great! However, I'm very disappointed in uhaul and will be very unlikely to recommend or rely on them in the future. I reserved a truck at Watson Bros location and it simply was not there because someone else has it to deliver mail. How do you reserve something and it not be there? I had hired help for that day specifically and if I couldn't move that day I would have had no where else to go. HOW can a company make that promise and not hold it up? Absolutely unacceptable and made the entire day stressful. Luckily EZ body shop another 30 minutes away had one available. They closed in 30 mins so I had to speed there. This definitely added many miles to my trip that I had to pay for. I honestly would like a refund for the whole thing, but at the very least a refund for the extra miles. Otherwise I may need to take to social media w this surprisingly disappointing experience.DEVIN M.

First record the actual mileage, the truck I rented had 10 miles more on the odometer than what was written on the rental contract and the agent claimed she did have a pen to change it at the time of rental. Second would be to clean the truck, windows were dirty and someone had spilled a drink inside which was in the cupholder and ran down to the floor. thKevin P.

Nothing to improve- Helpful, courteous people. I had ordered a truck from another company. When I got there I was told no truck was available. I talked to customer service - they wanted to take a few dollars off the bill. The employee was very friendly as we arrived right at closing, my only issue was that because it was so late she told us just to leave the keys and she's handle processing the return the next morning. But the next day we were charged for $33 gas citing that we left the truck at a quarter tank which I do not think was accurate. I believe it was just at a needle under the half way hash almost exactly where it was at pick up. Other than that a great experience on both sides.PAIGE A.

Had to drive 45 minutes to this location, even though there is a UHAUL location 5 minutes away. Took two hours from scheduled pick-up time for the vehicle to be prepped and ready. Price of same rental, same trip has tripled since last November. Vehicle could use some upgrades. Bluetooth for hands-free communication is a must for long trips. Cruise control would be nice. More comfortable seat is necessary.RICHARD A.
