No one. at the drop-off location, so I did a key drop and left. At another location within a quarter mile there was someone there. I wold like to end the rental talking to a person especially in the middle of the day.

The items I ordered were not in our truck when we went to pick it up. When I called customer service They advised I would need to talk to the location when I returned the truck, but I had to drop on Sunday and they are closed. So hopefully I will get that money back

We had to unhitch the trailer ourselves. There was only one person at this location. Apparently, she is unable to hitch or unhitch trailers. Granted she was very nice; but being told we had to cross a busy highway and drive into a grass field AND unhitch ourselves is ridiculous. We were NOT prepared for this: we had no gloves, or tools. If my husband wasn’t with me I would NOT have been able to drop off the trailer because I am not strong enough to brace a trailer tongue with my hands while removing the trailer from the receiver. Had I attempted it myself I would have most likely been injured. This location states they are both a pick- up and drop-off location. If your staff can’t perform the required jobs , then you have a big problem. I would NOT recommend this location.

This location and owner are awesome. We highly recommend. It's sad that dropping off rentals after hours takes so much effort in order to mitigate theft and vandalism. We really appreciate U-haul keeping us safe with their mobile return process. But, updating the mobile return process to include instructions would be helpful. For instance, we took pictures in advance but didn't realize we would have to take the pictures via the U-haul return website; the app didn't allow us to upload pictures. We had to drive back to the rental vehicle and blindly follow the website's instructions with no outline of the steps or an idea of how long the process would take. We stood in decreasing light and pouring rain with a grouchy kid wondering how much longer it was going to take to get through the online process. A suggestion for corporate U-haul: Make available, at least, a one-page explanation describing the steps of mobile return. It would help so much to know a bit about the process, its requirements, and the amount of time it takes BEFORE starting the process. Also, we had to keep starting the process over again because we didn't understand that the website sometimes required to take two pictures rather than just one... I have a twenty-five year background in IT and software development and found this technical process very clumsy. Again, this location and owner are AWESOME but corporate U-haul has definite room for improvement!!! Thank you!

19.95 the fees=58.00. Hardly a close estimate, of the cost. My wife has no recollection of signing for insurance, $11.00. OUR INSURANCE POLICY AND CREDIT CARD COVER THIS. Someone was not upfront with my wife.

This location is run by a friendly old guy, who operates 100% via telephone. Plus, he's closed on Sundays. I would very much like to see this location catch up to the early 21st Century, and at LEAST allow you to make reservations on line.

I was charged for an after-hours service fee. At the time of rental, the owner mentioned we could drop off the keys in the overnight box but never said there would be a fee. In addition, I was charged $4.25 a gallon to refuel, which is a dollar per gallon more than the local rate. This is unacceptable, and in future I will go with Penske. At least they're upfront about their fees.

I scheduled my truck to be picked up before the office opened and completed the early check-in online. However, when I clicked on “pick up my truck” on the reservation page, the website told me that I had to wait until the office opened. That was really frustrating and put us behind schedule for our move. When we got there, even the lady at the office was surprised that we came in and said that she expected us to pick it up before it opened (so the reservation did go through). Then, for some unknown reason, we had to enter all of the information (credit card, driver’s license, etc.) again, even though we already did that online and wouldn’t have had to do that if we had picked up the truck at our scheduled time. That put us even further behind. When I asked why we had to do all of this again, the lady was not helpful and said she didn’t know why. Finally, we had to go pick up the key at the gas station minimart (since the office lady expected us to show up before opening). First of all, that doesn’t seem very secure. Then, when we went into the minimart, the guy at the counter asked us for a code for the key. The lady at the office never gave us a code, even though, apparently, she was supposed to have done so. We told him we didn’t know about a code, but we pointed at the truck we were supposed to take and he handed over the keys. So, that was frustrating because the lady didn’t give us a code to get the key even though she was supposed to. But also, this shows that leaving the key at the minimart isn’t very secure because we were able to go in without the code (that we didn’t know we needed) and point to the truck and the guy just gave us the keys. What if someone else who hadn’t reserved the truck had done the same thing and they were just given the keys to the truck we were supposed to get? Overall, it was a frustrating ordeal that forced us to pick up the truck later than scheduled and then put us even further behind when we had to fill out redundant paperwork and go to another building to get a key that wasn’t even very securely kept. I will not rent a U-Haul from this location ever again.

I think this location is a great location to rent Uhauls , it is very convenient. On the other hand I wish they would of given me a rate on how much I would be spending before renting the vehicle, as well as a full tank before renting, I received it at a quarter rather than full.

The Car Dolly's need to have a lock pin or lever added, to the swivel platform, to facilitate allow backing towed vehicle into place!!!!! As they are right now the towed vehicle cannot be backed into place and/or even backed up at all in order to turn around in a tight location!

My drop of location was at a different spot that wasn't a uhaul location so drove another few miles to this location. Iam so glad that it was close to the other location. That was the only thing I was frustrated about. Thank you for the great uhaul truck it worked great. I would use this company again.

I was required to drop off the truck to a location 30 miles from my home despite the fact that there was a U-Haul location about ten miles from my home which I was told I was not permitted to utilize. I was told I would receive a telephone call by a U-Haul manager within 48 hours to express my concerns, but I never received such a call. The inconvenience and extra expenses will make me less likely to patronize U-Haul again.

Best U-Haul location I’ve been to. The guy who runs it is amazing! I tried to do the online check in thing and it was the worst system ever created. You should get rid of that. After being unsuccessful waiting for your online pickup to work I went in and talked to the guy. He had me out the door in a short time.

The back end was clear, but the interior smelled a bit and the windows needed cleaning. Wet Swiffer wipes cleaned the inside, and windex on the windows did the trick before we left. Dwight was helpful/very friendly & followed up before the long haul from WA to AZ.
