Truck was old and felt unsafe above 40 mph. Needs wheels balanced or suspension work. Site did not have pads I had reserved and uhaul said they had. Then uhaul tried to charge me for a utility dolly I didn't rent in addition to the appliance dolly I actually had. A week and 2 complaints later and they are still trying to charge me.Lee W.

A couple weeks ago I stopped in and wanted information about renting a truck and the one person who knew about that wasn't there; no one else could help me. But the drop off today went perfectly.Holly K.
Actually have the truck where I asked for it. You moved my pick up location. The notification of this was not titled as such, only â€œcomplete your check-inâ€ in a text. It should say WE MOVED YOUR PICK UP SITE BECAUSE WE ARE DISORGANIZED AND CAN'T RUN LOGISTICS. A phone call to let us know would have been greatâ€¦ Maybe doing that if there is no reply to a text would keep people from being stuck at the wrong location without a ride. My husband was dropped off to pick up this truck with NO RIDE to the other location. Set us back an hour. The new location did not have the furniture dolly I asked for, and the staff said they'd never seen one. Please don't sell me things you do not have. This is the second time UHaul has failed to have equipment I asked for. The first was a trailer that you never provided, resulting in a delayed move and utilization of 4 vehicles to haul things. Reservations mean nothing to you.Michelle M.

The people there were great - fantastic service, quick, friendly and helpful. However, they did not have the dolly nor the furniture blankets I had reserved - I figure that is an issue with u-hauls reservation system and not the location's fault.Salvador M.
A new dealership close to our location, very professional & easy return of the truck. Note the truck was a pleasure to drive, even in the pouring rain & wind, it would help to have cruise control for long trips. Over all a good experience. GraciasAnthony S.
