The individuals at the Durham topsoil was horrible. They kept harassing me to pick up the truck even though I reserved the truck. I told then I will pick it up at an allotted time as something had come up and they kept calling saying they will give my reservation to somebody else. I spoke with Alex the next day and he was no help. Told me to call uhaul directly. The worst experience I've had with uhaul. Will likely stick with home depot in the future.Vijith G.

I was told by staff I was able to keep truck for 24 hours. I actually had truck for 10 hours and i was charged double for 2 days. I called customer service and basically they told me too bad because contract was registered for 6 hours.Elizabeth S.

I am very upset with due to the billing. When booked I was quoted 19.99 plus .69 cents per km. I drove 124km so my charges should have been 19.99 + 85.56 (124x.69) instead i was charged a flat rate of 109. I was also charged the 15 dollar insurance coverage which I declined. Now I am having to spend my day trying to rectify this. The insurance needs to be refunded and should receive an additional discount for wasting my time trying to fix this mistake. Depending on how this is taken care of I will never us uhaul again .and will not recommendMichael B.
