Owner attempting to charge for cleaning and missing furniture pads that were placed in back of the uhaul. Accused me of not cleaning interior of vehicle when I purposely cleaned due to trash being left inside from where I picked up the truck myself. Didn’t seem to care about what I had to say at all. Said that gas wasn’t where it should be when I know for certain gas was on the gas hand right below half and said that truck was gone so I couldn’t verify any information. This entire experience was VERY unsatisfying and I highly doubt I’ll ever use uhaul for my moving services again. Worst experience ever from pick up to delivery.

The staff seemed poorly trained. They made the return process excruciatingly difficult. The process of returning the truck could have been more timely. Especially since my wife called ahead of time to inform the location that we were on our way to drop off the truck, as per their instructions. The clerk didn't know what he was doing.

The attendant was not familiar with online process of leasing equipment, he entered all of my information 4 times and could not complete the transaction. He called a relative who told him the correct way. We wasted almost an hour waiting for this. Then when we went around back to get the trailer there was no one to assist us and we had to figure out how to hook up the trailer on our own...the trailer mechanics didn't quite fit the instructions.

Customer services is very bad and they simply charge for fuel even after refilling the fuel before you return the truck. I had rented the truck many a times recently but no other location charges like this.

It is very difficult to find the location with NO signage and no U haul equipment visible in front of the store. This is why I rated it average. The employee was superb.

I originally scheduled to pick up a truck at a location that was 1.5 miles from where I was staying in Atlanta but was diverted to a location that was 8 miles away and that much further from my destination. I passed the original location the following day and saw that there were a lot of 10' trucks on the lot. Very confused that I was changed without reason. The personnel at each location I dealt with was very helpful, but the scheduling to move me around was very irritating and concerning about using Uhaul again.

Cab of truck was pretty dusty as was the back. I wasn’t moving items I cared about but not sure i would rent a uhaul when I move my son next month. Amy at the Dunwoody Mart on Shallowford was terrific. Love the location as well.

the price is deceiving. Didn't know and wasn't told it was $.79 per mile. Only told about $19.99 rate displayed on the van.

Customer service was poor. They did not have all trucks out front so you couldn’t get it with the mobile device.

Set up reservation in our city, the reservation was unexpectedly moved to another city. Paid for dolly but was not placed in truck so was forgotten. Miles included was only 47, location did not factor enough so went over due to having to go back for the dolly that rep said we were supposed to grab ourselves. We had a friend helping us move and was on his time, wasting it due to having to go back plus miles and gas wasted. Bought moving materials at this store too so total spent like $192.00 for bad service. We have been UHaul customers for years including when we lived in AZ and never had a bad nickel and diming experience like this.

I am late by 1 and half hours and you guys charged me 1 day's fare. Initially i booked vehicle for Friday but they called me and told that they don't have vehicle on Friday on any locations nearby and asked me to change the reservation to Saturday and to a different location which i graciously accepted.When you are charging me a day's fare for 1 - 2 hours delay then you should be good enough with your vehicle management as well.

The lady who was at front at time of reservation was rude from point of transaction! She was helping a customer on the phone which she was rude too also. I asked her to help me outside deciding on which truck would be best fit for my move. She told me just go outside and pick one and let her know. She didn’t even do an inspection on the truck with me. I tried calling in to extend my rsvp since she put the wrong return date and she immediately said hold on and try to run my CRedit card without my authorization, then when it declined due to me having the ability to turn on and off my card. She decided to hang up on me and reported the truck as stolen which she informed me. I had customer service reach out to the location after filing a compliment. I was informed to pay 203 for the week plus the difference in mileage which was only ten. I try dropping the truck off at my schedule time yesterday! I called in and was disconnected once again when I stated my name. Now she’s trying to run my credit card for $435. I already reached out to her area manager to receive 0 calls back. I need someone higher then him to contact me immediately!

Bad experience with this rental location/reservation as the truck was not ready until 2 hours after my original reservation. I tried to use the "Pick Up My Truck" mobile app to make it more convenient for my moving time, and it did not work out at all. The number I was given with my reservation, no one answered nor called me back.

Small locations seem to work better than large ones. Service is usually excellent, but in this small location we were in and out in 5 minutes. The drop off was as easy. Thank you!

Never went over the truck for damages and driving functions. Did not set up the drop off location requested. Was charged additional mileage fee, only given 46 miles included in rental- not fair considering the location square miles.

I had a beyond horrible experience at one of your dealer locations in Dunwoody, GA this past Saturday. After calling another location to get advice AND calling into UHAUL on Monday morning (spoke with a very nice lady), I was told I would be receiving a call back from the Area Field Manager, Jonathan Show. I didn't. On Tuesday I called Jonathan and left a message, no reply. As of today, Wednesday, I see a charge try to come across my account for a damage that is trying to be pinned on me. The lady that worked at the front has accused me of a hole that was already on the truck. I explained to her that was already there prior to driving off the lot that morning. When I dropped the truck back off, I asked the lady at the front if anything else was needed and she informed i was good to go. About 20 minutes later, after leaving, i receive a call that I damaged the vehicle and then got hung up on. Not once was the vehicle walk before or after the rental to inspect. As my first time using Uhaul, I will not be renting again. Horrible experience at the Dunwoody Food Mart location!
