I had the storage unit (climate control) for over a year, all my furniture had extensive mold damage with spores on it. I had to throw away almost everything.

This storage facility was perfect for my needs. I had Family members move in while they built their home. We were able to store items that would not be needed and felt comfortable in using this storage facility. It was always clean and I felt safe.

I believe there should of been a wave of late fee. Considering I was there the morning after the to pay for storage. I was locked out forcing me to pay full month.

Rats! Rats ruined my mattresses and clothes. I have to replace1,500 dollar mattresses. All monies should be replaced. The lady only asked if I had insurance, how many people insure mattresses?
