No service to complete the pickup by phone
Starla RThe equipment was ready and clean when I arrived to pick it up. The paper work was done, and all I had do do was show ID and sign the contract. The dealer helped hook up the equipment and explained everything about the trailer before I left. I would rent from this location again.
Jim LNot a clean location. Man was operating out of a trailer home and it was filthy inside. No contract given. Poor customer service.
lisa wThe truck was without gas but charged a gas fee. Also the cab of the truck was not clean had to clean it out. I am receiving threats from the person I rented the truck from. I trusted he would refund my money by mail. He took out fees that was not what we discussed. Rude and nasty service.
