No one helped us! We had to unload ourselves and check in online! An employee came out and helped someone else who arrived after us and informed us that we would have to wait because there was only 3 people working. I mean he was right there and could have helped us and had us out of there in 2 minutes but instead walked back inside . This has always been my go to uhaul place but not anymoreCharlene L.

I am still waiting on someone to contact me?I've sent two emails? The inside had not been cleaned! There was water and tobacco and trash in the door cubbyholes! Trash on the floor and sand on the floor. This is my 2nd experience like this? I am very disappointed that these trucks are not being cleaned between clients? Also I had a credit of $50 that was supposed to go towards the rental? I was charged $25 for cleaning fee, because I said the truck needed cleaning? It needed cleaning prior to my use! I called to extend the truck due to Christmas and under. estimating the amount of items. The uhaul sat in the driveway and at NO time was I told about the extra $38 dollar a day in addition to the $40 day extension That is a charge that should have been optional or explained when I extended the truckStephen N.

When we dropped off our Uhaul, the representative working told us that he didn't have time to come check out our Uhaul and that he would do it later. We found this unacceptable as we wanted to make sure they knew where we parked the Uhaul and to ensure they did indeed log that it was returned. We asked for a paper copy receipt to show we returned the Uhaul and he told us he couldn't do that until he checked the Uhaul out, but said he didn't have time to do it right now. So, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very displeased with the customer service and professionalism. I also want to add that there were 2 Uhaul representatives outside as we were trying to figure out where to park the Uhaul, but they offered zero help and never acknowledged us.BROOKE P.

When the employee finally started helping me with my reservation, he started helping someone else before I was even done. 1. My reservation was for 10AM. When I got there at 9:45 I waited for the store to open. A woman came to the window of my car to inform me that I couldn't pick up until 11 because they were short staffed. MY RESERVATION WASA FOR 10! I DID IT ONLINE THE DAY BEFORE! When I arrived at 10:45, the woman that told me I couldn't pick up until 11 completely ignored me. I wasn't able to get out of there until 11:45. ALMOST 2 HOURS WASTED!!! 2. When I started the truck, the airbag light was on. This is a SAFETY concern because, God forbid, I had an accident the airbags will not deploy. 3. The front end of the truck needs to be checked. From 55 mph and up, the truck bounces. The problem gets worse with weight in the truck. 4. The back of the truck was filthy! U-Haul has no problem charging me if the truck is returned dirty but doesn't take the time to clean it from the prior rental. I have pictures to document the air bag light.Michael D.

The cab of this truck had obviously NOT been CLEANED! Nor was the back of the truck swept. Under the circumstances with the Pandemic the cab should have been sanitized and spotless not all sticky form an obvious soda spill that wasn't cleaned up. When picking up the vehicle, the attendant said it was .69 after 80 miles, after I got the invoice after dropping the truck off he charge .69 per mile. When I called to see why there was a different price he says he tells everyone the same thing. I hit a major storm with torrential rainfall and contacted U-Haul to say I had to pull over until the storm slow down and they told me then we are charging you another day. Not OK stay safe will see you when you get here not OK no problem I'll notate that on your account no they just charge me for an entire another day then when I told them that the dolly that they provided me with did not work as they said it would on the stairs and it made huge gouges in the brand new stairs of my home they refuse to remove the $10 daily charge for that as well. RUDE and unreasonable!!!! I overheard the manager telling an elderly woman that he does not except returns that are two months old he has a 90 day return policy. Hello moron 90 days is three months even rude to elderly people and doesn't know his mathðŸ˜³ðŸ¤£ðŸ¤£ðŸ¤£ðŸ¤£ROBIN D.

The uhaul service is great but this location was run very poorly. I realize they were very short-staffed but it took me almost an hour to receive my truck even after I did everything I could do online to make the experience faster. I was on time for my pickup and it should not have been as much of a hassle as it was. On top of that when I received my truck there was a car parked behind it that was left there by a very grumpy guy who would not move. Thankfully when I called uhaul directly they extended my reservation an hour. I would rent a uhaul again but never from this location.matthew C.

The truck was damaged leading to loud cabin noise. The warning sound would sound anytime the driver's door was open, regardless of the status of the ignition or headlights. The engine ran extremely rough, the movers, who drove behind me, noticed it in their car. I was not happy with the customer service I received at this location and will not be using them again in the future. The people at Budget were much more friendly and accommodating and will be the recipients of my business in the future. Also, Movinghelp.com, who you are associated with did not help me rectify my issues when the movers(Master Movers of North Charleston, SC) decided to walk away from the job after they showed up late and were refusing to move the furniture they were contracted to move. It put me in a bad position, and I will never use their service again either. This was the worst move I have done, and this is my eighth move due to my military service.Alexander H.

I have a problem with setting a reservation at one location then the night before I am to pick up the truck I get a text saying i have to drive 9 miles out of my way to pick the truck up at a different location.
