MARCUS KWe had a very difficult time getting the truck which put us over an hour behind. I thought the app would be nice but it made things more difficult. The truck we rented was dirty both inside and out.
Nichole CI was required by UHaul to drop off at this location. There was no sign indicating this is a UHaul location. I requested a receipt at time of drop off and was told they were unable to do so. I dropped off the vehicle on 2/13 at 11am. The vehicle was checked in on 2/19. I also received notification on 2/19 that I still had not returned the vehicle. I called UHaul within 5 minutes of receiving the message. I was told they would contact the Royalton location to inquire. I was assured that I would receive a call back. I still have not received a call. I called the Royalton location and they indicated that they forgot to check it in. It appears that your organization has a number of customer service and control issues to address. I will be using Penske in the future.
Thomas KDropped trailer off at 6666 US hwy 1, Port St Lucie and no support there. Could not upload photos in the app. Called store and they said it was fine to leave it. Person was very nice.
