Uhaul did not have pads or a dolly in it which was included in the order. The address did not indicate this was a Motel 6 in a questionnable part of town. The location was concerning from a general safety perspective, and the clientel and staff were sketchy. The main front desk worker did not know how to check Uhauls, and had to bang on managers door until she woke up. This delayed our trip.Bailey L.

Not helpful at all, I had to take pictures of the tires to verify they were new. NEVER checked trailer inside or out for damage or cleanliness. Returned unit at 8am but because of women unorganized/untrained it was after 8 but she wrote noontime. NOT AT SLL HAPPY WITH SERVICEPETER R.
No one was available at the time of my reservation and trailer was not returned. Finally received a different trailer and then had an issue with being overcharged. In the end it all worked out but I don't ever want to go through that again.TUCKER H.

The lady that checked me in was clearly on drugs. The start milage was entered in wrong so when I returned the truck 8 hours later the milage said I used was 22,000 when it should have been only 27 miles. I was charged 99.76 then the correct amount of 86.18 then there is 2 credits on my credit card for 99.76 and another charge popped up so I currently have 2 charges for 86.18. I have called twice to speak to someone JUST TODAY at Motel 6 in green bay on Shawano Ave and have been on hold they were suppose to call me back and didn't so I called again and asked for the owner to call me because he is the one that helped credit the milage mix up the first time. I tried to call Uhaul directly when the second charge showed up but automated system told me 56 min wait time. This is absolutely ridiculous that I even have to go through this as again I am being charged twice and you all gave me an extra credit. I will NOT recommend this location or this company and I suggest you find a better location as no one clearly has been to this location or you would not want your name associated with such a sketchy motel. This is a motel that crack heads and meth addicts live at, known in green bay as the meth motel. I am also reaching out to better buisness bureau as again I have 5 different charges and credits from you on my credit card as of today and am still owed 86.18 back as I have been charged twice. Absolutely unacceptable as if moving is not stressful enough. I have used you for every move over the last 30 years and will never use your company again. This needs to be fixed ASAP and my account credited my money back.Brian F.

This was the worse experience ever with Uhaul which we have used a lot over the past 20 years. We will never use this location again. The location is being run out a run down Motel 6 and we had to wait 45 minutes to return our equipment as they were helping motel guests. The associate was extremely slow and did not know what she was doing. When we picked up our equipment it took 30 minutes just to enter my information in the system and take a photo of my license.Ashley M.
get better internet, and the fact that they make uhaul customers wait until they take care of all motel guests vs helping as the order you walk in. had multiple people walk in after me and had to wait behind each one. should have to wait 45+ minutes to be helped.JEFFREY B.
Poor customer service skills in that location, no manners, let me wait for almost an hour, and she was taking care every one else who comes in except for us... literally left us for last until no one was in the office. Never again in that place.OMAYRA D.
I will be calling later. There was no one at the location just a trailer in a parking lot. Tried calling and couldn't reach anyhow. Confirmed the trailer twice by phone and the right trailer was not there . Hurt my back bad putting on trailer. Found out later it was the wrong size and very dangerous for my car. It also did damage dragging on the driveway I moved into and the owner's are pissed. I was told by uhaul it's because it was the wrong size doe my car. I will be seeking damages for that. Just luckily myself or my car was not hurt by the wrong size trailer. It also should have only cost $20 and I was charged $90 for the wrong size trailer which was not what I reserved and bigger than I needed. Very hard to drive with that trailer.Char M.

They young lady that rented the truck to me appeared to be high off drugs. The next day I check my account and there was a withdrawal of 200.00 extra dollars from my account. I had to stop unpacking and go back to the place to ask for a refund. She acted like she was on the phone with customer service as I waited and waited. I then asked for the number myself and customer service picked up right away which indicated that she not actually on the phone with them. I feel as if she were trying to steal from my account. I am currently waiting for a refund. I will not be using the service at that location anymore.Lasagna J.

It took over 80 minutes from when I got there until I was able to actually get the truck. The truck keys weren't available as an employee took them home. Absolute nightmare. I just got an $8.00 charge for some reason 2 weeks after I returned the vehicle.JERRAD H.

Location called me ahead to delay pick up because they were using truck for personal business. The truck was in good condition. Miles were off due to the locations use of the truck. Locations employees do not have a real check in method. I was told 4 different ways to return the truck by 3 different people. It was confusing, difficult, and time consuming. Uhaul trucks are a great service, however if my pick up location is the Motel 6. I'm not going to rent.David O.

Teach them how to rent the equipment. Teach them that they do not ask somwone someone to read credit card information out loud. They couldn't print me a receipt amd never emailed it. The truck was dirty and smelled inside. They were not well informed. I asked if I could drop it at any Uhaul and was told yes and when I went to drop it at another location was told I eould be charged double. Not impressed and will not recommend. Drop off was a motel parking lot with no people to help... Process all done online app. Would be difficult for some people, especially elderly to figure out how to complete the turn in process.DAVID R.

the -haul attendants were great. the problem is that I was given a drop off about 1/2 mile from my home. I received a call that very day telling me to drop the truck/transport to another location that was several miles from my location. AGAIN, I appears to me that the customer is to serving the business instead of the business serving the customer.JERRY W.
