The business was going under. He has no heat in his building, nor does he have a working phone or internet. He had no idea we were coming to get the trailer. He should no longer be a U-Haul Location.

I asked to pick up and return in mt morris pa the only one available was in dry tavern. I went to return it to mt morris they said there would be a extra charge because i did not pick it up there. So i took it back to dry tavern . It took an extra 1 and a half hours out of my day. When asked to pick up and return at one place there should not be a extra charge just because you don't have one at that location.

It wasn't the location, it was corporate, this man stayed open 75 minutes after he was supposed to close to help me. The companies computers were down so it took over two and a half hours to get my contract to pick up my trailer. That is totally unacceptable! I could not thank this man enough. Your company (U-Haul) really screwed up big time and that is being as nice as I can.

I had gone through the online process so my time at the store would have been quicker as advertised. Their computer system was outdated, had slow internet, and no cell service. I had paid online and the gentleman at the store kept telling me what I owed. He didn't have any rented items prepared.
