I was very well pleased with my storage unit clean and very secure all the staff were very pleasant and friendly I would recommend this unit because of the cleanliness,security and the easy access.

The people who ran the storage units were awesome! They were easy to deal with and very friendly. The ease of getting in and out couldn't have been any easier. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to store their belongings!

Do not rent or pickup from this location!. The owner was rude. The truck had not been cleaned or checked from the last rental and was not ready for us. He told us he didn't have to rent to us if we didn't like it besides he doesn't make any money from uhaul anyway.

The truck smelt funny and the smell got into some of my clothes that were in boxes on the tuck. I also feel like there should have been more communication in regards to when my location pickup for the Uhaul was switched.

I was 2 hours late dropping off trailer. So they charge me a whole extra day 30 dollars. And then he didn't even come out to unhook trailer. I had to unhook trailer my self and lift off of hitch myself. I'm 60 years old ! Very unprofessional never use them again. Save your time and money and go with a different company! Jim P

Dry Ponds Self Storage Uhaul was a wonderful experience! We had the 15-foot truck that was clean and no damage. We rented it for an around town move and it was absolutely perfect! The Owner was so nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this storage place and the U-Haul services!
