The process was so wonderful. It's hard to improve upon it. The offices were clean and cool and smelled good. The sales rep. was polite, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we understood all of our terms and conditions. We couldn't ask for a better salesperson. I am very disappointed in your company. I put a $50 deposit down to make sure the trailer would be available on Tuesday, when I went to pick it up, they informed me it was not available until the next day. It caused a whole days delay on my vacation to my daughter. I don't know why you would offer a guaranteed availability if you are not willing to uphold your end. Great place to rent from, everything went smoothly. When getting new trailers a wider trailer would be great. I have a Honda Goldwing trike that squeezed in. Only a few mm on each side. Thanksfred E.
Drop off location was closed due to illness; I was unable to leave a message. My calls were transferred to call center, and they were unable to help. All I wanted to do was leave a message for the local office to call me, but it seemed that the call center personnel couldn't manage to do so. Very frustrating. I don't fault the local operator, but you'd think the system ought to allow the customer to leave a message.Daniel K.

Equipment was not working properly. Ramp was jammed and would not come out. Facility was fine equipment NO.todd M.
The equipment was clean because it only had 17,000 miles in it. I requested to pick up electronically because the location was closed at 4pm and when I arrived I began the process only for it to to tell me I didn't have any equipment assigned to me. Multiple phone calls and messages to the regional rep and 45 minutes later smart me checked the back door, which was left unlocked and there were keys. Because I am an honest person, I contact Uhaul again and a wonderful supervisor push me thru the check out process herself manually so I get begin my move that was now an hour late starting. Uhaul customer service was great. Uhaul field mgr FINALLY called me back two and a half hours later which I consider a fail. Store I picked up at are an epic fail. It's people like this that are killing small business because they can keep up with technology and the times.Kari C.

I filled out the "Express Checkout" on the U-Haul web page but when I picked up my trailer it took me well over an hour before I could leave with it, even though I was the first customer in line. There was a problem with a refund that took much too long to complete to be acceptable. It was not the employee's fault; apparently the program being used which very slow. This experience is not what I have come to expect from U-Haul.Cameron T.
The employee did not know how to do our contract, 4 phone calls later and 45 mins we got the trailer, then he did not know anything about it and how to connect it, this was only our second experience, then we have to pull over a mile down the road as it was not on properly. In general all service met my expectations. However, the 26 foot I rented was released to me with a "check oil" light illuminated on the dash; it made me wonder if the fleet vehicles undergo well managed preventative maintance programs.James P.
