DONNA PWonderful people. I let them know the truck needed windshield wipers. He was very helpful in researching the charges on my last truck rental. I am sure I will do business with these folks again in the future. Super nice and helpful.

Eric TWhat got me mad was that I turned the UHaul the communication between UHaul and the ones who I rented from isn't good at all. Threatening me with legal actions because they are saying I didn't turned it in was nonsense. I don't appreciate that at all. Communication needs to be a lot better.
