I am being charged 3 times the mileage I drove. I drove the uhaul truck 19.1 mile to my unit, 19.1 miles back and .1 mile to my home from the uhaul facility. Initially agreed on a 40 mile trip but my receipt is calling over 120 miles! I have no issue paying what was agreed on but I refuse to be robbedBrandon B.
The 24/7 checkout experience was terrible and did not work. It was way too complicated, and cost me over 90 minutes of valuable time.James G.
No haul employee was there so the person from the auto sales took the trailer off. I asked for some kind of receipt to prove that I dropped it off but he said that I didn't need one. Two days later I got an email from haul wondering why I had not turned it in. Fortunately I had taken a picture of the trailer and the guy that received it so I would have a time stamp to show when iBobby L.

The dolly I reserved was not delivered. I couldn't move my refrigerator and it's still in my old house. Unfortunately I need to pay another company to remove my refrigerator from there. I dropped off after hours, so I only interacted with personnel when I called before to ask about after hours drop off and where to park the truck. Dan was extremely helpful. The after hours drop experience with UHaul's website was horrible because the site didn't work and kept making me start over. All the picture requirements was ridiculous too.Diane H.

I returned the trailer 2 days early, on Thursday 7/15/21, and I received an email receipt for an additional $21. I spoke with the office and they told me it would be corrected. I will now have to make sure my Mastercard is credited days/weeks from now. I was not handed a receipt or any documentation when i dropped it off. Loosely ran!!Dave D.

What a sketchy place! Looked like a junkyard. I had to drive around a bunch of wrecked cars to find a place to park the truck. Even after putting 18gallons of gas to fill it back to the level it was when I picked it up (3/8), they charged me for more gas. The worst rental experience I ever have had with UHaul.Keith S.

The mobile check in was ridiculous. I had my drivers license , had to provide my passport. Then the asked for an alternate contact number and I gave them my daughter. They actually called her. Total pain and took about 45 minutes of our 4 hour rental window. Never again. When we returned the truck the people were very nice and helpful . The mobile app is worthless .Laura H.

The lady in the office was not wearing a mask. There was snow all over the windshield and I had to clear it. It did not appear that the cab was vacuumed. A roll of tape rolled out under my feet when I was driving.John W.
