Where do I start ... The app crashed like 5 times when I was trying to pick the truck up, so that process took me over an hour. The fuel and mileage were both wrong, the mileage was off by 700 miles in the phone app. I have asked several times for this to be corrected. Today I got an invoice saying the issue was corrected but I was still billed twice what I should have paid. I have spoken to 4 different people in customer service and was supposed to be contacted by a local rep. That never happened. So, you want to know what you can do to improve? The answer is EVERYTHING. You don't even have the basics of customer service and customer support down. You need to start there.

Extra charges was charged without my knowledge. It took longer to finish the process of getting the rental. Not happy about the extra charges

Dont ever go to this location. Middle of the day they were closed. Took around 2 hours to pick up a trailer. Waisted my gas.

The entrance was not clearly marked. There were no sales people at 445 pm to help. There was not a place to park the return, I dropped the keys and contract in the metal box and hoped for the best.
