Great service
Younes AI reserved my uhaul days prior, upon me picking the cargo van up at my pickup time which was 4:30pm the person who does uhaul wasn’t there so I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I sat outside for 30 minutes thinking once I went back in I would get the keys no that wasn’t the case, I was then told the system was down which I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. I finally received the keys around 5:20pm which pushed my time back getting my furniture unloading it and returning my uhaul. Once I returned back to the store to drop the uhaul off which was around 7:52pm after the scheduled return time, which was 7:30pm so now I’m late returning the van which isnt my fault it’s the store and uhaul because the system was down and the guy wasn’t there at my pick up time. Returning the truck was even worst experience because the app kept crashing and or closing on me so I couldn’t and then I had no idea where to drop the truck keys off bc there was no visible uhaul key box….. I will never ever use this location again

This business made me and my friend feel like shit. They are horrible people and are super super rude. You guys should seriously consider who you allow to own your trucks, because from the service I received at this center I definitely want nothing to do with U-Haul anymore. From the moment we walked into the store to the moment we walked out, the Arab guy berated us, shut us up and after we left he tried to charge extra on our account . We had to alert the bank. Fuck him and honestly, this is a fuck you to U-Haul too. To hell with you all and your business. Employing scams and scums

Younes AI had added a dolly to my order and it was not included nor did they have one in any of their trucks. There was also a 1/4 tank in the van when I drove it, approximately 9 miles and they claimed it was at 3/8 just to charge me an additional $16 for fuel. Would not recommend this location for anyone looking for reliability.

Carlos BWhile we were grateful to be able to get a much-needed U-Haul for this location and it served our needs well, I would not choose to return to this location if I had another option. The location is rather sketchy and I would not recommend attempting to complete a self-return after dark. The vehicles are literally just parked all along the street on the curbs as there is no official parking area for them. There was no signage in the Dreams furniture store to indicate it was an official U-Haul pickup location. You have to go to the back of the store and hope the person there would help you. The man we dealt with was helping other customers and barely spoke to us while he multitasked helping them and finalizing the online paperwork for us to pick up the vehicle. The brake lights and rear turn signal lights on the van we rented did not work, which is extremely dangerous. I could not report this issue in the app when I completed the self return because of a bug in the app which prevented me from completing the return process unless I said there were no issues with the vehicle.

Dijon SThere was loose tobacco all over the interior of the cab. The gas amount did not match what it said on the app when I picked it up. Finding the parking brake release was difficult. But it was a very convenient location. Van ran smoothly. No issues there!!!

Richard TAssociate was not familiar enough with vehicles to discuss my needs. I paid for equipment that was not provided (dolly). I drove to furniture pick up location before figuring out it wasn’t in the truck, so was not able to move what i needed. Renting the truck was a complete waste of time and money. When I filled out my return information saying there were issues, I received a notification that someone would reach out to me before closing rental invoice. This did not happen- Instead I received a full invoice via email and this survey. Not only will I not use this location again, but I will not use Uhaul again.

Satish GThe worker at Dream Furniture overcharged us by claiming I had not refueled the van and gave me a hard time when I came back in the store. He told me I needed to contact Uhaul customer service to resolve this issue, and when I asked for a phone number, he told me to "Google it." In the store, I contacted Uhaul customer service when he said he couldn't do anything about the issue, and they said they would give me a refund for $44.70, which is the incorrect charge of refueling. The representative at Dream Furniture should not have a job.

Plus they charged me for insurance & equipment I opted out of when booking. This is not the first time they did this to me and I am hearing the same story from a lot of other people. Worst Uhaul experience ever!

Anthony KThey never longed my uhaul back in on 11/3 they logged it in on 11/5 causing me to receive a $150+ charge. Now I have to prove I didn’t return the truck 2 days late because if the lack of dream furniture staff doing their job properly. In these times of unemployment it’s an extreme burden on my family to have more money taking from me when it is under false information and the burden falls on me to prove I was not in the wrong. Would never recommend uhaul or this location to anyone. I will never use this company again.
Rudina Jthere was no drop box for the keys. we were able to come back the net morning right when they opened to hand over the keys, but it was a bit confusing what to do. I tried to call uhaul to ask but there was a 30 min wait on hold and I wasn't wiling to do that after a very long day.

Tahiana SThe truck i received was filthy. Tobacco had been spread all over from rolling blunts which had been extinguished on the dash. When I returned the truck it had more gas than when I got it. I was still charged for extra gas and for a cleaning. It was marked as 2 days, i only had for 1. They offered terrible service and ripped me off with fake charges. I had this experience before took pictures this time and plan to fight this with them, uhaul, my credit card, and report the rip off practices on google. This location has done this to me and my friends before. I would call it a scam uhaul branch. Now i need to waste my time because these people are cheats. I think someone at corporate should do something? It’s a known problem with this place!

RENEE JThe van had low air pressure in the front right tire upon getting in, it also had the check engine light on, and notified us that an oil change is needed - it ran fine, but this is a bit unsettling to see when you first get a rental vehicle. In addition, Dream Furniture holds the hours of 10am - 8pm, so if you are not renting during this time, you cannot pick up or drop off the key. When I mentioned key drop off, the person assisting me at Dream said I could return the key at 10am the next day as there is no outside drop box. Customers should make sure they plan for remote/phone return if they do this, as I believe Dream were hoping to charge me extra for a late drop off. Dream seemed surprised to find out that I was literally just dropping off the key at 10am, but I had parked the vehicle at Dream and "returned" via the site the night before, so no additional charges should be applied.

LUIS CThe vehicles had issues. The first truck stopped twice on it own and the second rental, a van, the tire preasure was low. They obviously do not checkt the vehicles for probelms before renting. Pluse, the cutomer service was poor, the attendant was rude when I came to front desk.
RAFAEL DThe store had a speaker blaring music outside next to the front door to which I would have avoided if I didn't already schedule a pickup. The gas tank was on empty and I was able to drive 1 mile before to empty gas tank light came on. When I went back to the pick location to drop off I wasn't helped quickly as I assumed the person in front of me was being helped and the counter person had stepped away. Then the person in front of me looked back and said, "They're in the back prepping food". So I grabbed someone's attention by telling them I wanted to drop off my key. This is a great location but there definitely needs to be some improvements.

YISROEL BVan was not clean. Staff was incredibly rude and did not communicate. I received an email indicating a 2 day rental. Something happened when picking up van and it was changed to single day without my knowledge. Day 2 dreams furniture called me and started harassing me because they had made a mistake and given me the wrong van? I couldn’t communicate with them as just kept saying I needed to return their van. Once I moved all the items from the van, they called again and said “don’t worry about. Van wasn’t needed anymore.” I returned the van because I do not want any business dealings with them. I immediately called u haul and filed a complaint with reference number 3512303. I was unable to complete my moving properly. Unprofessional harassing, and mean.
