Local guy’s bent over backwards to make my rental what it should be U Haul corporate was playing games with me and the local rental agent had 7 reservations a month to a month and a half ahead of time and they still didn’t have the truck I needed Wanted me to go 20 miles out of my way and pay for the extra miles when I passed two other locations during the day that had what I needed that were unrented If it weren’t for my local guy’s takeing care of me I would not rent from U Haul again
John BrammellI was very confused on this whole situation. I only booked the truck at this location because I wanted to talk with someone at the desk. Come to find out they were closed on Sundays. This was my first time using uhaul and I had questions. So I was charged a dollar for each mile I went over. It was very expensive at least for someone like me. Lesson learned. Just wait for a physical place to be opened and talk to a human.
Evan AnthonyHad a very hard time dropping off vehicle. No one was there at drop off location even though the time said open 7am to 7pm and trying to do on line was a horrible experience even with the help of Agents on phone.

Jack GraftThere was a tire sensor light on when I picked up the truck. I also scheduled for an in office pick up for the key and ended up having to use the lock box. When I picked up the key the lock was never even locked so if someone could have easily taken the key before I got to location. I felt if you are running a business and someone schedules one way it is the owners responsibility to make sure someone is there.

Justin DrishI didn’t realize this location you had to check in online to get the keys. If it was made more clear to me we wouldn’t have wasted an hour figuring out what we had to do. The guy was very nice once we got ahold of him and he was very nice to work with.
Cassie ChristofanoU-Haul has the worst app and check-in/out process. I have been involved with 3 vehicle rentals from U-Haul and two of them took at least an hour, if not more to complete the check-in/out process. This time, I had to email customer service because the app would not work and would not accept the photo of the odometer/gas gauge. I have nothing against the specific location in questions, bit if there were any reasonable alternatives to U-Haul trucks in general I would use them instead. I actively advocate against using U-Haul at every opportunity.

Had to call multiple national numbers to find out how to access the truck, then the lock on the key box didn't work well. Will not use this site again.
