The van had broken glass in the cargo area. I wasn't affected by this but someone easily could be. The fuel was less than half full. In Oregon where you can't fill yourself this is awkward to relay how much gas to get. Consequently I probably over paid by at least $50 as I returned a nearly full tank with no offer of reimbursement.
Peter F.Initially, I spoke with Josh on the phone and made a last-minute change to my reservation; he was very accommodating. When I checked in at the start of my reservation, Kelli was very friendly and got me set up in a timely manner. It was a little tricky getting the cargo van out of the parking garage, but other than that I had no issues. I'd highly recommend this business!
