The women working behind the desk was very helpful and kind. I would give her 5 stars. However, the original truck we were assigned was very dirty. There were piles and piles of dirt in the back of the truck. It clearly had not been cleaned since the last renters used the truck. We went back to the women working behind the desk and she was very apologetic. She reported that the individual who was supposed to have cleaned out the truck did not do their job. She switched us to the only other truck on their lot. This truck was also dirty. It looked like it had traveled from the beach because there was a lot of sand in the front and back of the truck. All of the cupholders had dirty and grim down in them. Overall, the truck was better than the first one we were assigned to, but the truck was still by far the dirtiest uHaul we have rented. The reason I would still recommend this location to a friend is because the women working behind the counter displayed wonderful costumer service. If it wasn't for her, I would not recommend this location to someone in the future.

Toni went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. When I first went in to secure a truck, she did not have the size I needed. She immediately got on the phone and assured me that my size truck would be available the day of my move. She even set the app up on my phone. Toni definitely made my move easier. Thanks, Toni!

I called ahead to make an appointment for the drop off within the hour. When I got there the only attendant was gone to lunch. We waited over and hour. The last thing we needed on moving day. It confirms my belief that in general, your time or schedule is of no consequence to other people.

Your system for checking in was the most ridiculous experience I have been through first it took 50 plus minutes just to check I had rented the truck for seven hours I lost an hour just checking in this location is only open from 10am to 5pm your check kept telling the young lady waiting on me my ID was invalid when it is not it tried to tell them I had a drivers license from another state which was a year ago then when I tried to check out it took an additional 15 minutes I will never use U-Haul again I have been using them many times in the last 45 years it will not happen again.

The staff was unprepared, we were told a tire was low and no one was able to fix it. We were scheduled to pick up at 330 and did not leave until after 445, also when dropping of they informed us they would be closed and that we could attempt to get in the gate or just leave it parked across the street… very unprofessional, unorganized, and in a very sketchy area!

The location was fine the process was terrible. I think it would have been easier to give a kidney than to rent a U-Haul. Don't get me wrong, the people were great and very friendly. I think I'd rather make 10 trips in a regular truck though next time b4 I rented a U-Haul. The price is 1 add on after another too. We needed to haul off left overs from our church rummage sale. We used the truck 2 hours. It took an hour just to get it from the rental place. Check in online and just pick up the keys it said... bahaha that's a joke. Anywho, it ended up costing $58 plus gas for 2 hrs. We did get a bigger size for the same price bc they didn't have the size we requested, however, we didn't need the bigger so that reallyade.no difference. So, again the place/people were great, the process not good.
