They had not paid their internet bill and could not check in the trailer we had to get U-Haul involved to have it checked in the next day

The owner did not do a safety inspection or hook up the trailer to my truck like they're supposed to do. He gave me a trailer with tongue issues. The trailer came off my truck and damaged it, then lied to uhaul and told them he informed me to hook to the trailer and he would do a safety inspection. An absolute lie!!!!! This guy is a crook!!!! I will never use uhaul again, and will do my very best to convince everyone I know to do the same
