Well first off I don't understand how I ended up with a $91 U-Haul bill when I went approximately 10 mi and I brought it back a day early. Whatever hidden fees you have or were not explained when I was talking to the agent on the phone is not right.very disappointed.

Car was dirty and full of ants. One of the employees in that location was pretty rude. Besides that I had rented a Dolly and they told me theye didnt have any dolly available. I really needed that dolly so i couldnt do much without it and had to pay for the uhaul rent anyways. awful. Next time I'll go with Home Depot for sure.

I arrived and the uhaul did not have the equipment I rented. It took 30 minutes to get the equipment I already reserved. The gentleman from the gas station was very helpful, however, the uhaul services were not prepared for my reservation. Also the truck drive wobbly. A tad bit dangerous.
