Simplify the "telephone reservation" requirements for "commercial" customers. Eliminate the "3rd party relative/friend contact" requirement, since MANY older customers may NOT have remaining relatives for you to be able to contact, and/or do NOT wish to give our information on friends!

I was told that I needed a wide car dolly and that is not what I received. Luckily my car fit on the dolly and I was able to tow to destination. When I returned the dolly to the drop of location the employee there told me that they had given me the wrong hauling dolly according to my paperwork and that is when I became aware that I had received the wrong dolly for my car.

The trailer door was very hard to open and close. The guy who helped me get it hooked up to my truck noticed before I drove off the parking lot, but never told me. I would have asked for a different one, had I known.

Customers need clear instructuons on drop off after hours. The gate was locked and did not fell comfortable leaving trailer outside of property through the weekend.

The only complaint I have is that the interior light inside the van did not work. That seemingly small item was a big problem for us because we had no lights at night to allow normal unloading at night and so we had to keep the truck a day longer than planned and pay for that day. I got much better service and care from Penske two summers ago even though I had to pick up the Penske truck in Pueblo..

Oh man... I don't even know what to say... I did everything online and it still took me over an hour to get my truck and get started. I shouldn't have even bothered to do anything online since she basically repeated everything on the computer right in front of me. And at a snail's pace. She was friendly as can be... but I was extremely rushed and feeling really irritable by the time I finally got to leave.

The truck wouldn't go over 35 mph the district manager would not compensate me for having to take double the time to move!! He test drove it while empty and said it was fine!! I don't think these ppl maintain their trucks!!

We were given a car dolly and I paid $49.00. We gave them the information on the car and it wouldn't fit. I called the company and asked for a refund but they said I should have brought it back, but they were closed and I didn't want to park it outside because I was afraid it would get stolen so I returned the dolly to the drop off location. The drop off company recommended that I call the pick up location and ask for a refund. I spoke with Art and he advised me that because I had no proof and didn't call he wouldn't give me a refund. Because of this issue I will never deal with uhaul again.

The fuel gauge was broken, so I didn't know how much fuel we were actually consuming. Also the truck had faulty wiring, which made it impossible to tow an auto-transport behind it as we had intended. However, this was the only 26 foot truck available in the whole valley for our move date, so we were stuck with leaving our second vehicle behind. The truck was not well maintained and it cost us to have to go back 700 miles and pick up our second vehicle.

This was the 2nd location I had to go to. I had set up a reservation with J&J rentals 2 weeks before and was assured I would have a truck waiting for me. but they did not and U-Haul sent me to Double S. I was very happy with Double S, but not very happy with J&J.

The ONLY complaint I have is the fact that their computers are slow. Could just be their internet providers. Have used this location several times and the staff is wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable!

I do not have a problem with service provided by either location. However, I reserved the trailer well in advance to pick up in Del Norte, CO. The day before pickup I was informed that trailer would be in Alamosa-40 miles from my requested location. Very unhappy with UHaul follow through on scheduling the equipment.

There needs to be a better system in place here along with making sure that the tanks are full. We only had 1/4 tank. It took over an hour for us to get the vehicle as the computer system and internet was not working properly and it was no fault of the young gentleman trying to help us.

U-haul was expensive for a one-way haul. I don't know if I would use them the next time I take my kid to school- North Dakota. It was 270 for 4 days and insurance was 70.00(!) dollars. Won't do that again. The pick-up location was very good. Operator never called me 24 hours prior to verify like I was told when I rented, I had to call 800 number to find out the pick-up location was changed without letting me know, good thing I called them ! Overall very disappointing experience.

this location is a definate rip off i was charged for fuel eventhough i left the truck with the amount of fuel that was provided me when i rented it out...after informing them of this they outright lied and said that i did not...i am very upset and need to talk to customer service about this incident
