I ordered 2 dozen blankets and a furniture dolly for my move. Neither the blankets or the dolly was in the truck upon pickup. Very disappointed to say the least as I really needed them for the move.

Business was closed so I had to rent from a local rental company. When I picked up the truck it asked if the dolly’s were in the truck. I checked no bust was still charged for both anyway when I returned the vehicle
MARCUS JESSEEThe location did not have employees on site until an hour after my pick-up time. Several customers were waiting forever to get their rentals. When the employees did get there, they struggled with the checkout procedures, so it took forever still after waiting so long for them to even show up. Lastly, they did not even have all the equipment I rented on site even though the website said they did. I was supposed to pick my rental equipment up at 10:00 AM, I didn’t get out of there until 1:30 PM, and I didn’t even have everything I needed. I will never go back to this site or recommend them to anyone. I would rather burn everything I own and buy all new things….
Issac FlemingI had a problem not being able to get the truck at my original location. I appreciated the telephone customer service person who persisted in finding a solution so I was able to get a truck as scheduled even though I had to go to a different location.

Carla AnthonyCheck engine light was on. My reservation was messed up and I was 3 hours late and had to pay $199 after paying the $143 to rent the truck. Not happy at all! I called before I was late and the lady told me it was $40. Instead of. 79 cents extra a mile I was charged $1 extra a mile. I was supposed to get 30 miles with my rental and that didn't seem to happen.

tom bowerWe ordered a 10 ft truck. The night before got a call that we had to go to a different location (Double LL Auto) to get it. Got there and they did not have the truck, so the guy hooked us up with the 20 footer. Way to big, but he was so nice and helpful we took the truck. Uhaul is a Umess! This was out last move with you and we are happy for that!

Christina BlankenshipThe Porterfield Hwy team were very accommodating and helpful. I do want to register a complaint with the Damascus VA U-Haul site. Our original reservation was to pick up a trailer by 3 Pm on Sat, Dec 4. We arrived around 1.30. No one was there. We called the local number and the person said he closed early that day, was very rude, and hung up on us. We did not get any notification from UHaul or the Damascus site that we needed to be there earlier, or to detour to another location. We did contact the central office and were redirected to Porterfield Hwy, where the service was excellent.
