Robert ADude is dishonest and misrepresents and uhaul doesn't care. Don't go to the district handling this location bc the area manager doesn't care either. Unless u know exactly how it works, don't rely on any of their word. Rented pull along for a day, deposit of 120 for 68 dollar rental. Called asked how much for 2 more days. Told twenty sumn per day. Cool. Deposited way more than that. Turned in and told I owed another 100. Didn't have it! Wouldn't have kept it if I knew! The told ok promissory note. I told him I got paid in 2 weeks. Got in car n there's another 30 friggn dollar charge after 7 days for the promissory note. Complained and area manager said oh I'll reduce charges to 50. Wtf ever I can't fix it. She dgaf about bad business.paid yesterday. Uhaul been. Trying my acct all day for another 107. Thank God it's not there bc I don't want anything to do with this dishonest area. NEVER had a prob at uhaul. This is disgusting
