Too many problems to list from the time I picked up the truck/ auto transport to the time I dropped the units off. I will have to write a detailed letter of complaint to the corporate office, which I will do mid week. This letter will go straight up to the CEO. I will tell you this, "Paddy", from the office in Carson City should not be in a position of customer service....at all !!! I spoke with 6 different people, total 2.5 hours, 3 different phone calls, over a 2 day period to resolve my issues. It was so bad that I almost called an investigative reporter from Channel 13 news to see if she would air my story on the news, along with any and all sister stations. The only thing that went well was the equipment was well maintained, ran well. Please expect a full detailed letter from myself that will go straight up to the top.Joseph G.

Closed on the weekend so drop-off must be done onsite online using a smartphone. It was not difficult. There was plenty of parking and a key drop-off box. The truck was left in the same or better condition than when it was picked up as well as with more gas than required. Overall a good experience.Cathy E.

I had made a reservation for a 26' truck when I arrived the largest truck available was a 20â€˜. I wound up having to rent an additional 6x12 trailer that cost me another $487.00. Having to rent the trailer also cost me in additional fuel.DARIN MICHAEL M.
