Check in process was stressful and had to wait to get the key, there was conflict and info was incorrect with what my confirmation said. When I completed the online pick up/drop off it said it the drop off was across the street from the storage unit we used but when I picked up the man told me that I had to drop off at another location 20 min away. After unloading uhaul I called to check if I could change locations to the one across the street, she told me that â€œwe had an issueâ€ I was put on hold and wasted 1 hour waiting in the parking lot until she called me back.. apparently it was not even indicated that I had the uhaul truck. So after all of that they charged me miles that I did not use. The miles charged were for the 20 min drop off, yet we dropped off where we had originally set up. I am one disgusted customer.Clyde B.

We had serious problems with being quoted one price online, a second over the phone abc a third in person at this location. It ended with being over charged and having to spend hours on the phone to get a refund from â€œtraffic controlâ€ at our drop off destination. The only reason that I used the app is because I wanted to pickup on a Sunday. It may become a great some day, I hope sooner than later. Trying to connect to the app and customer service was a 1 hr or more challenge .However, the steps to drop-off was not bad at all. uploading pic was ok, the back was not cleaned out. But this app could be very successful in time. Good thing is I did not cry and my 3 sons were very patiently helping me work through the app.PORTIA W.

The location does not look like a business that is operational on the outside. The parking lot is very small and has cracked pavement. No one came outside the store to see if we needed assistance even though the sign on the door said open. It did not look open and may have been closed due to the Holiday. The drop box was not easy to find. It's on the side of the building and it took us several minutes to walk around the parking lot and find.Kayla C.

Place was closed, but the hours stated they were open. It says under new management. Hope they manage better. A young man came to help us pick up the truck. He was awesome and understanding, need more like him. There were 3 people waiting. The keys were in the wrong lockbox. I will not recommend anyone to go to this station.Jasper L.
