Prices are too high, why would I rent piece of garbage blankets? And then be told I have to fold them up to not be charged? Very inconvenient for me.

I reserved this truck multiple weeks ago. When I went to pick up the truck, there were no keys in the drop-box as someone forgot to do that, and was then greeted by an unapologetic customer service operator. I had to drive an extra 25 minutes to pick up another truck.

I was told that we could drop the trailer off at any location in Blacksburg. That turned out to not be correct. We received an email/text/call on the way to Blacksburg that we had to drop the trailer off in Roanoke, which is almost 50 minutes away.

Because I paid in cash I had to put an addtional large amount of cash down. Not this vendors fault but put a burden on my family that picked up the trailer. The trailer we were given did not have a license plate. We notified them.

very crowded- only one hole left to stick a return into. set some sort of lot maximum, or set a drop off zone, and lot personnel can move trailers to storage lot and arrange them how they want. Online dropoff process was simple and thorough.

There were many other U-haul locations much nicer and would have been closer for us to return the truck we were using. Not happy with UHaul online. Never again.

The secretary needs to better understand the uhaul system and it’s quirks. She made pick up very confusing.

We were given a trailer with a dry rotted tire. We weren't on the highway 30 minutes before the ENTIRE tire blew to pieces leaving us stranded on the side of the a major interstate. Took almost TWO HOURS before UHaul roadside assistance showed up. This is a major liability on UHauls part. Have you ever thought of putting a spare tire inside the trailers?!?!?

Parking was extremely tight. A driver w/ little or no trailering experience will be challenged getting in and out.

Requested a 15ft truck, was given a 10ft. Had to make several trips in personal vehicles to get all of our stuff because of this. The battery was dead in the truck we rented and had to wait 3 hours to start our move. The location was great, but that was it.

Very helpful staff, made sure to go over everything with me. My only concern/issue was that the truck they gave me had an engine light on. Though unsure if that was a check engine or what that light was, I didn't have a single issue out of the vehicle, and it looked and acted well maintained. I would gladly rent from this location again.

Have weekend hours when people usually are moving! I was shocked to see your hours being M-F and during regular 8-5 type business hours.

Get the franchisee to communicate with the customer. They removed the pads and dolly from our order without telling us. We found out when we opened the truck. Post the location's hours on your website. We were not aware they were not open Saturdays, and your website allowed us to set up an in person pickup when it should have routed us to express pickup.

Don't change the pickup location to twenty miles further away the day before I am supposed to pick up the truck. Awful. I had to spend more money to get my car from way out there.

The website was very slow and the check in took a long time, 45 minutes or so. Should have taken 15 minutes.

Rental was fine. Smartphone app is clunky and the usage is terrible in rural areas. Closed location on saturdays forced use of the app with 1 bar of cell signal.

This is THE PLACE TO GO for U-Haul service in Radford. The Manager, Patty, takes great pride in her work and goes the extra mile to provide high-quality customer service. This week I turned in a U-Haul truck that was filthy when I rented it in Maryland. I had to rent it again the next day but Patty had cleaned the cab and cargo to perfection.

Patty is an outstanding customer service provider. She takes great pride in her work, in doing things right, and in providing outstanding service. I brought in a filthy truck from Maryland and then rented it out again the next day. Patty had totally cleaned the truck up--cab and cargo. I didn't even recognize it as the same vehicle. She is amazing.

The lady who initially helped me was nice; however, there was someone who worked there who was using a cell phone and was cursing so others in the business could hear. They used the F word in their "conversation". The business was also not very clean. I would not use this as a pick-up or drop-off again.

The pick up location itself was fine. But I was furious when I was given a 26 foot truck when I had reserved a 15 foot one. The larger truck was way too big, it was very difficult for me to maneuver, it took me longer to get home and I spent more money on gas. But I was stuck with it. I had taken a day off of work and driven 5 hours to make this move. I had no choice but to use that truck since I was all ready there and wasn't going to turn around and do it another day. When you go online and reserve a truck, you expect it to be available. Otherwise, whats the purpose of the reservation!?! Let me with a very bad impression of Uhaul and much less likely to ever use again!

I've rented several U-Haul's over the years. The folks at Donnie's were by far the best I've dealt with. U-Haul assigned me to Donnie's on a weekend, and even though they are closed weekends they made no fuss about coming in for me. Extremely nice folks and they made sure I knew how all the equipment worked.

Would have been higher overall, except when I arrived to pick up the truck, the one person able to complete my transaction was out of the office for 25-30 minutes, at about 10 AM. Otherwise the other shop employees and the individual were polite, helpful, pleasant, and courteous.

The location was a very old school garage. The manager was doing heavily even though there are huge "No Smoking" signs on the door. The lady that set up the rental was very nice and helpful.

This facility was closed when we dropped off the truck. The appearance was shabby with derelict cars strewn all over the lot. I did not feel safe at this location.
