Dealers SHOULD NOT BE CHANGING THE NAME on the rental agreement. WE have to be reimbursed by insurance companies, we cannot do that if our drivers name is put on the paperwork. Tell them that next time it happens, either the dealer or U-Haul will have to reimburse us. We rent under ServiceMASTER of NELA, WE use a company credit card, no changes should be made to our contract.Adam S.

Using the app to pick up was very frustrating. The app wasn't working, had to call in for help took over 30 minutes to get someone. Then when we returned same thing. The app wouldn't work, called in was told by rep to login in on internet page, and still had issues. Took over an hour to return when it should have only taken 10 minutes at the most.John R.

They need to be honest about the condition of their trucks. They need to call the customer as soon as they realize there's a problem with the smell or uncleanliness of a truck turned in, and advise it's not rentable instead of waiting until the customer is standing there and already signed the Uhaul paperwork & paid and is desperate. They should have helped us locate another truck same size or size smaller. They gave us their problem & it was a big one, and smiled nicely as they did it. Clean the truck properly, no excuses!! It reeked of cat urine and had not been cleaned of spills, whatever those were. We should have refused but by that point we felt stuck & we're not thinking clearly which is to be expected when you think everything is good to go, you're on deadline & then they surprise you with this. When I got to my location to pick up the truck I was able to get the keys and everything no problem. when I opened up the truck it was filthy inside dirt everywhere on the floor. When I started the truck up it was so loud you thought something was seriously wrong. Driving the truck down the street every time you would touch the gas pedal it was so loud like it had no muffler whatsoever. inside of the cabin of the truck it was so loud you couldn't even barely stand it. The check engine light came on after getting to the destinations and loading the truck up. That truck is such a safety hazard that I am so shocked that it was still in use. Someone is seriously going to get hurt trying to drive that truck. It was so bad that we ended up turning in early and renting from a different company. I have moved with the military many times over the years and I've never had an experience like this, but I will not be back and I wouldn't recommend U-Haul or Donnie plunk location from where I got the truck to anyone. The minute that you crank that vehicle whoever moved it out front for me to pick up had to know that there was serious problems with that truck.christy E.

Nothing, your prices were great and Jennifer ( customer service @ my pick up location ) waited on me when I picked up my truck and returned it was excellent. When I arrived, they did not show to have trailer in stock even though it was there. They said it showed to be stolen so it was not checked in to their location. They did not seem to know it was there. This should have been taken care of before I arrived. That is reason for 4 stars rather than 5. The concerning part is that a trailer would not have been there for me to rent had this one not been there. It had been reserved for several days and had the guarantee it would be there.Gary O.

Don't wait 22 days to charge my card for a cleaning fee that is not my fault. I reported that the vehicle wasn't clean at pickup so your company waited 22 days tonchsrge ME for reporting it? I'm filing a complaint with BBB. This is unacceptable.Tamara G.

The mobile app is unnecessary to pick up and drop off truck. I was under the impression that the app must be used. You can simply login to the website on the browser on your phone which is way more user friendly as the app would not work properly for me.Dalton H.

I had to return the equipment a little later than expected due to circumstances beyond my control, but the U-Haul representatives at this location were very understanding and allowed me to return the van a little late without penalty. I greatly appreciate that!Kenneth L.

15' truck was dirty inside. It still had someone's trash inside. It also had cigarette ashes in ash tray. You could tell this truck had not been cleaned. Very big disappointment for this location. Car hauler did it's job fine.timothy C.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I called Donnie Plunks on Thursday to confirm my rental for Saturday, and I was assured that everything was fine. I arrive Saturday morning to pick up my U-Haul and was informed by their very rude employee that they were not renting U-Hauls that day. After explaining that I had a reservation that was confirmed with this location on Thursday, I was told that I would just have to call U-Haul to find another truck. Luckily the very nice and helpful people at 1-800-GO-U-HAUL were able to assist me. I would 100% avoid renting from location (unless you enjoy poor customer service), and they deserve zero stars in my opinion!Corbitt H.

Attendant advised me to check the mileage, but I was in a hurry and could not figure out how to pull up the current mileage. When I returned the truck I then realized that the mileage displays until you put the key into the ignition. By that time it was too late to dispute it. I only traveled 14 miles, but was charged 30 miles.Tracy A.
