Richard FumichActually fix your truck with no working AC, rented this same truck a little while back, had, broken side mirror and no working AC then too. Using Penske for any future needs, ridiculous. Very dissatisfied with the truck, I've used Uhaul for many years but I'm done now.

Corey HumphriesThe lockout to tightened down to lock trailer to ball was seized up , I had to purchase a pair of Channel locks at a price of 36.00 dollars to tightwn the lock nut, and to unscrew the locknut at drip off. At drop off the attendant also tried to unscrew the locknut and could not with out channel locks

David SovdeThis place is a pitiful representation of a uhaul business. Now this contract number 87068880 has now been charged $24.62 for something I'm not aware of. The dude wanted to charge me $49 for a piece of small glass in the loading area which we cleaned up and the gas tank had more gas in it than when I picked it up. Can you get my money returned?

Amanda AlcalaI was charged an extra day when I turned in the uhaul. This location forgot to put the drop box in the front of the store. They were nonchalant about their mistake and didn’t care they I was charged extra because of their mistake. I will not Recommend this location to anyone!
FELICIA MILLSThe down fall was I reserved a 10ft but on pick up could only get a 20ft or a 15ft but they did accommodate me the 15ft the tank had 1/4 of gas and ion drop off it had 3/4 in it and I was told I would be refunded if I over filled it .I never got my refund

John CulpepperI picked this location because it was the one that opened the earliest in the area, at 9:00am. I also had my fiancé and mother in town to help me with this mover. At 9:15am, there were 3 customers, including myself, that were waiting. I called UHaul Customer Service to get help with the location. While waiting for a representative, a local policeman drove up and tried to call the owner as well. Someone finally arrived and the store at 9:45. I left the location at 10:02am, very disappointed and angry. As I told my representative, due to that experience, I would not be using UHaul again and I would not recommend them. I did receive a $50 credit back to my account, but I was late to my location to pack my belongings and felt rushed during that time.
Kelsey SwatzynaWas not able to receive the key to the vehicle. Uhaul CS rep were no help and 2 were rude. The owner of the location was nice and apologetic. However I lost money and time because I wasn't able to meet my deadline. I'm very disappointed in the service I received from Uhaul.

Willingham NanceThe office was late opening and there was not a Dropbox but luckily there was an employee waiting for the manager to get there to open and she took my keys nd paperwork so I wasn’t any later for work then I already was since the night before there wasn’t any Dropbox to put the keys in I was forced to come back.
Juanita WarrenI did not know they were a U-Haul location. They have signs and stuff now so you know. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked us out quickly and we were on our way. I would definitely rent from them and recommend them.
