I tried to do all transactions via phone and when I got to key code the directions were to see attendant. When I went in and the guy working was rude and not helpful. First he said he can't help me then when he reluctantly got up to open key box he wouldn't give me the key until I finished my transaction on phone. Wouldn't I have had the keys if I was given the code? He was just rude! I will never go back to that location.Londa N.

The back was not swept out and the fuel gauge does not work. I filled the tank to the brim upon return and was charged for 4 gallons of gas even though I only drove 7 miles. How do you use 4 gallons of gas while driving 7 miles. $25 was stolen from me.David P.

This is a small lot. I noticed my invoice had a $50.00 Cleaning Fee and when i called to inquire i was informed it was because i blocked the Dumpster. Told me it is in the comment section but i still can't find it. As someone who rents from UHaul all the time i would like a call from a uhaul rep.about this issue. 412-874-8217Chuck D.
Even though I was late due to the snow storm we had in the last 12+ hours 03/12/2022 I had my reservations for 4 days at 9am sat. I did not cancel so I was coming my uhaul was not clean at all or ready meaning very dirty vehicle messed with my anxiety also when I got to my first stop to use the uhaul I had to use a broom to get snow off my truck also had to pour hot water on it so it could open because it was frozen shut the people there were okay but a tad bit useless being as though I've never been to that location I would have preferred any other pick up place than this one they should detail those trucks asap and get people a lil happier to do their jobs with full description I was a tad bit pissed off but I couldn't afford to not use the truck.Shierra E.
Charged me for two days of service when I returned the day I picked it up. I called corporate who said that was handled by the store. When I called the store the guy wouldn't even talk to me and said i had to talk to corporate. I called corporate back and they said this should not be happening. Go to another location.Patrick S.

I was told I wasn't allowed to park my vehicle in their lot. The truck was dirty and had stuff key in the cab. The windshield wipers were falling apart. After I left I called to find out the weight limit and after debating with them when they told me the didn't know they then told me it was 8000 lbs. I then found the correct weight limit in the truck, which was 4100 lbs. when I returned I was left sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes because the owner wasn't there. When the owner returned he was incredibly rude and charge me a $30 cleaning fee for 1 piece of plastic wrap left inside the back of the truck. I will never use this location again !Sara H.

store person was very polite... i was in an out back in the same day, no discount, felt i was a little over priced, didn't go far , i understand if prices go up but 74.00 + 20.00 in gas that was 1/4 tank less than paper work, confused a little -should ask customer up front if they want the insurance -should make sure fuel guage is accurate on print out for customer -should ask customer if need blakets/or dolley if not with vehicle other than that great service!Gregory D.

The conditions of my uhaul were poor. Upon arriving to my location and opening the back, the conditions were filthy. We had to spend time cleaning the back of the truck prior to loading furniture because there was so much debris. The loading ramp was broken, and the experienced movers were unable to fix it. This led to dangerous conditions for them, as the ground was wet and they had to jump on/ off the truck. Highly disappointedLauren S.
I had trouble getting thru the online check in process, but I called the 800 number and they did a fantastic job assisting me throughout the entire process! Not all the equipment I needed was ready. The owner was able to find 2 furniture movers for me, but no dolly. I was quickly refunded for the dolly when I returned the truck.JAMES K.

They were great. I explained how online I couldn't rent the uhaul for more than 24 hours and needed it all day Friday and Saturday. They worked with me and were able to get me what I needed so I was stranded.Douglas D.

I reserved a 15ft truck at a location closer to me but received a call the night before telling me I would need to go to another location farther away. There were candy wrappers left in the vehicle that I felt obligated to throw away because I didn't want it to be a reflection how I maintained the vehicle. There was also a dolly left in the front seat and one was inside of the truck that led me to believe the vehicle was not inspected upon its return to that location. There were also blankets thrown in balls in the â€œmoms atticâ€ so I wasn't able to utilize that space.Alisha B.

The back of the truck smelled like there were wet dogs in the back and it was unbearable. The smell rubbed onto some of my furniture. The whole bottom of the truck was coated in dirt. It was disgusting. I would give it 1 star but I made it 2 because of the location.Kenneth E.

Confusing process. I signed up for mobile check in and I had to end up speaking with the rude old man that ran the shop. When I dropped it off, the kid working the counter had no idea what to do. Very unreliable on both ends. Visor on driver side was broken and kept falling down, obstructing my vision and distracting me. Overall, would not rent from them again.Jeremy K.

Check to make sure all the lights are operable. Get the equipment ready for the customer, as I had to move a trailer myself to access the dolly and fish around for the 4 flat pigtail. Not a big hassle for me but maybe a less experienced customer might have an issue.John P.

The clerk did not review the rental agreement or go over additional fees nor explain there was a time had to return. Ridiculous that a $20 rental ends up being over $100 for going 16 miles. Please make sure that the owner is prompt with service and not working on something after he has taken your name and then lets you stand there to wait for him to get done doing something he just started working on. He was very crass too.Gabrielle M.
