The out going mileage was incorrect. We traveled no more than 15 miles total to and from pick up and drop off and back to Uhaul location.The truck was picked up at about 3:45 and returned at about 6:11 on February 12, 2023, but receipt states return was on February 13, which is incorrect.Abina G.

My original pickup location was 1190 Metropolitan Ave Atlanta. Due to the way my reservations were handled, my costs to move were increased 140 dollars. People use uhaul for a more economical experience. When procedures and lack of proper customer service results in increased fees, it makes me seller another provider and advise my friends and family to do the same.Elondafa A.

They were wonderful to work with and they did a great job!!! The reason we were there was the store in Jonesboro was VERY, VERY, Very POOR!!!! The guy working that day was as unprofessional as i have ever dealt with. I would never use them and it almost was enough for me to never us U-haul again.Joe S.

Driver seat has a broken handle so i couldn't adjust the sea, blinkers dont workright, safety issuse haven't been inspected since April 2022, windshield is cracked, wire are exposed from van rear lights, dirt from the inside van got my belongings outside need to be clean so bad it looks like it been in dirt storm ......I will not recommend this location until the equipment is clean and properly maintained and for the love of God do not rent this van to anyone else until the van repaired and inspected it's trash I have pictures and video..David J.

The checkout flow is awful - all I wanted was to rent a truck and I had to go through screen after screen trying to figure out how to decline additional equipment. The instructions to check in using my phone were terrible. I don't understand why I was asked to provide a personal reference, my employer information, my passport number, or my home rental agreement at the time that I was retrieving the van. It would be great to know why you ask for this information, how you are going to use it and store it, and to let your customers know ahead of time that they will need this documentation. I wasted 20 minutes trying to sort this out at the pick up location. Finally, the phone check-in implied that it would be a contactless experience and it wasn't. After having trouble with the website, I had to walk into the location to get help, get the keys, and then later to return the keys and the vehicle. The whole process could have been a lot better.Timothy S.

We reserved and paid for a trailer and an appliance dolly with straps. We arrived at the appointed time and no dolly with straps was available. We saw one, but the UHaul employee said it was his and wouldn't let us use it. It made our job of picking up a washer/dryer we purchased much more difficult.Julie H.

When I arrived, the gate for equipment was locked, the door was locked, and nobody answered the phone. I sat in the parking lot with a trailer on my car for ~30 minutes before someone came out to assist. When chatting with customer service, they informed me that nobody in the metro Atlanta area was able to accept my equipment, despite the fact that my reservation did not mention anything of the sort.PATRICK L.

No attendant was available for accessing the truck reservation at 9am. The manager or owner was non responsive and the gate to truck access was locked. At 10:15 a person identified as the manager came to the property and had an altercation with another customer. The add on supplies I pre-ordered- hand truck and moving blankets were not available.Ryanne R.

My original pick up did not have the keys for my truck pick up. I spent over an hour on hold, being transferred to different customer service areas, being disconnected and having to start over many times. The last lady I talked to got me a new location even though I was not in her area. She was kind empathetic, and helped me when she did not have to. She deserves a raise. The place on Avon road the second location I was sent to was amazing. However, because of the start of my experience put me almost two hours behind schedule and was extremely frustrating.Melissa O.

The guys were super helpful and eager to make the whole experience seamless. It shows because the lot was clean, secure, and they literally did ALL of the work hooking my trailer and taking it off. When I pulled in to return the trailer they ran out to help guide me and then took the trailer off my hitch within 30 seconds. I felt like F1 racer at a pit stop. This has been my best U-Haul experience thus far. 10/10 would go out of my way to rent through this location.Adam S.

I was afraid to go into the office. The odor coming from inside gave me a rush! The whole experience with U-Haul on Sunday was absolutely horrible. Not just this location, but in Greenville, the other U-Haul location that I had to go to to pick up the appliance dolly and the absolute failure in my discussions with the Traffic department. I would rethink using U-Haul again.David S.
My Uhaul experience was unacceptable for multiple reasons. The padding that I payed for was not available at my location of pick-up. The Uhaul's drivers door literally did not have a key hole and the key didn't work to unlock the passenger door so I got locked out of the Uhaul. When I arrived in NY, I had to sleep in the driver's seat because I didn't want to leave my belongings in an unlockable Uhaul until I moved into my residence the next morning. Trying to return my Uhaul, the only options gave me two locations the choose from to drop off the Uhaul, the closest being 45 minutes away. I called Uhaul to find a closer location and (Bronx) and the front desk worker said that the Manager Edward would call me back to adjust my bill for the unacceptable charges, he never called. I've utilized Uhaul before but after this experience, I will have to use another company. This experience could not have been much more unprofessional.Koree H.
