Gary JThe checkout was horrible in Madison In. on my phone we had to call the 800 number and the women helped us.We had to use my phone and my brothers phone to get the key out of the box. It took a hour to check out the box truck. They told me it would be easy and it was not. If I ever need to rent a Uhaul again it wont be on a holiday weekend. There was a lot of looked like dog hair in between the seats. And I don't even have a dog. Thank God there was a nice man there to check us in.

CALLUM RThere was some confusion that I had been involved in an accident?!? Not sure where that could have come from. The woman assisting at the drop off location was excellent. She called the regional help line and that person was less helpful; they didn't seem to understand the situation although they ultimately assisted with returning the equipment.
Brett PI dropped off on a Sunday so I did not interact with their personnel that day. I had trouble with the self return app because it could not verify my location. I followed all of the instructions to turn on locations in my settings but it still did not work. I called this office the next day and had great service. The person I spoke with assured me my return was fine and that I would not be charged any extra time or day.

Darrin WI feel like they nickel and dime you to death. I spent $85 the day I got the uhaul and then was charged almost $300 when I returned it after putting $40 of gas in it. Almost $500 for a rental truck is bizarre to me. I know it's not this locations fault but uhaul policy. But I'll never use the company again.

David BYou can refund my money for the time and trouble that your company caused. Pick up took way over an hour and drop off took at least two trying to get the website to work and then holding on a call for customer service to assist. I asked for a confirmation call on Monday morning and today is Monday of the following week and I am still waiting.
ANDREW WWhen a guardian contacts the company with proper paperwork telling them that they rented to an incapacitated adult, they need to do something about it! Don’t let them keep the rental in hopes that nothing happens!
