Well, when giving an estimate that is based on miles and the customer actually goes less than the estimated miles, you shouldn't charge them more!!!! I went less miles and left more gas than was required and have been charged $9 more than expected! I will think twice before ever using uhaul again and if I do, I'll pay cash so you can get charge happy with my debit card. I'm very upset and disappointed!!!

I had a most wonderful experience here!!! This was the first time i've used a moving truck/company. The customer service was excellent. The rep I felt with at this location was very polite and personable. He was also very knowledgeable, which in turn sped up the process!!.I would/will definitely reccomend this place based on the customer service experience alone!!! :)

Really nice guy but he “dual-hats” as a cashier in the store so I had to wait a long time for him to be able to help me because he was stuck filling ballon orders and cashing people out. Just to get a tow dolly took about 30 mins overall.

The gentlemen that worked their was superb. He was kind, he explained everything in detail he was super helpful. with connecting and loading the trailer. Moving is never easy, and having to rent a at ruck and auto hauler and drive fro Valdosta to Chicago would be nerve-racking but this gentlemen made everything so relaxed and took all the fear out of the experience.

Well I was 1 hour plus at this location and made me late at Moody AFB. I had set time to pick up Car . Lost time slot till next day had to reschedule cost me 155 in motel and other costs. It all started with some bullshit about my card . I use this card for all rentals .plus this deposit was my first in 20 plus years of rental from U Haul. Looks like regular customer would be treated better. .. guess not. .plus phone app is a joke Does not work to speed up anything. .. I want a refund on my Rental and motel.costs ..Thanks This was the worst I have encountered. ..

The service was great! Khalil helped us get everything set up, and he had great customer service and was patient and diligent to answer our questions, joyfully and accurately! I would definitely recommend Dollar USA and Khalil to anyone I know looking to pick up a Uhaul, and the next time I rent one it will lost Lilly be form there. The only improvement I would make probably has to do with the scheduling system. When I made an appointment online, I made an appointment to pick it up at Brimmage Automotive, and I received an email saying the same thing. But the phone call I received was from Dollar USA, and I didn’t realize they were different until I went to pick it up. Thanks! Sloane

The people at this location were very professional and knowledgable about the equiptment. We visited the location off of exit 18 in valdosta 1st that location did not have any knowledge about the equiptment his ststement was "Idont know anything about the equipment I just rent it. He should not be allowed to rent. I will send all my referrals at the Park Ave location. They are excellent.

Yes you can make sure someone is there at least a half a day on Sunday ‘s So someone can be to help someone who is disabled and make the return more pleasureble. I had to get the guy next door to help me get the trailer off and return the paper work in for me.

The main person we dealt with was excellent, the person assisting him was not familiar with the system or how to process a customer. The trailer had a low tire, the facility had no means to reinflate, and did not really offer any options other than to take it and keep it filled with air. The storefront also contributed in a negative manner to the overall experience.

Went to pick the auto transport up and had lights not working and a tire strap was broken. I had to fix the light problem myself and they didn't have any straps to replace the one that was broken so they documented it on the rental agreement and when I dropped the trailer ofc I had to fight with the guy because he said I forged the document.

We went to the store on Saturday to make sure everything was ok for Sunday’s rental (store is closed on Sunday). The worker at UHaul counter was aware of rental and said someone would text me with some “code” or the truck would be open and the key would be in the truck. (He never mentioned to be exactly on time at the truck itself to do the on-line verification.) On Sunday we were late for appointment (emergency hospital visit) and there was no text and no key (truck was not open). After countless tries to get the on-line site working, we called customer service. The contact there simply said it must be my phone that was not working and to try someone else’s phone. This did not work. After about an hour, we got someone else at customer service that explained because we were late for the pickup (unexpected hospital visit), the reservation was cancelled. She instituted another reservation and walked us through them on-line verification process. Once this was done, all went well. Return service was a breeze. The on-line directions as well as actual site workers need to address any FAQ. Had my questions about on-line verification/reservations been answered prior to pickup, this process would have been a breeze.

Start to finish was excellent, only problem I had was an EXTREMELY long hold time everytime I called main uhaul company.
