I could not be more pleased with my experience with this location of business. They literally made everything so simple all I had to do was show up and very little paper work had to be Done And I was on my way to complete my task and it was just it was a blessing to be able to deal with people that are sincere and helpful more than helpful I just I really truly cannot say enough ... I thank you so much for your assistance and for just how easy y'all made everything for me and I will be back and I will definitely send all of my friends your way.....

There was no person at this U Haul location, the facility was dirty and it looked like a dangerous neighborhood. We dropped the truck off 10:00am this am but I really didn’t want to with no one there. There is a very nice U-Haul location only 1/4 mile from our home, at 1400 Old Montgomery Hwy (231 South Hwy) Dothan, Alabama 36303

Honestly this location did not compare to my pick up location but it was useful and it served its purpose. The staff was indifferent but probably due to the area of town they serve and do most of thier business with. I would rate it a 2 and 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Not specifically the pick up location but I received the worst customer service. Uhaul’s misguided information cost me hundreds of dollars. I will not be back!

The store was dirty, and the clerk took a long time to wait on us. He said his help had called in sick. We had ordered blankets for our move, but he said he didn't have any. We had requested the smallest truck {10 ft} but instead got a 20 ft...much more difficult to pack, as we had very little belongings to move. The truck was filthy in the passenger area and the rear end. The AC did not work at all, which made the 108 degree heat index very uncomfortable.

Truck was incredibly dirty and in poor condition. Lots of damage to the outside of the truck. I was unable to use the app to take pictures of the damage. I had to email customer service.

Zero Stars, not one. I was redirected the morning of pick up to a different location. I was charged $216.78 for moving supplies I did not get, they were still charged to my card. I was charged for 100 miles at $.99 per mile, when I actually put 75 miles on the truck. I have pictures of the trip mileage, 17.6 pick up, 92.4 drop off. To top it off, the truck is old, filthy, and worn out.

This whole experience has been incredible. The folks on the phone while making the reservation we beyond helpful. The truck was great. The people at the pickup location were great. I ended up getting stranded at the drop off location and stuck for the night. The guy at the drop off location knew my situation and took me to dinner and got me set up for my unplanned stay in his fair city. Talk about southern hospitality!!

I made my reservation online at a different location in Dothan, AL. I was surprised to get a text message the day before pickup notifying me to go to a different pickup location. Upon arriving at that location, I was informed that 2out of 4 items in my reservation were not available at that location. That is very disappointing. I had to drive the rental truck from this location back to the one I originally selected to get the missing 2items in my online reservation. I had to call to find the missing items. It was a 4 mile drive between both U-Haul locations. When I dropped off the truck, I was charged for 3 miles. Really!,

Owner was an hour late to open the business and process my reservation. There were no supplies in the restroom. Owner did not perform a walk around with the equipment to point out or identify any damage. I called customer service to complain and an area manager called me and indicated he would visit the location to discuss the complaint.

The Dothan, AL. Fortner St. Uhaul business was the worst ever and the guy that connected up my Uhaul trailer to truck left chains so long they dragged ground and electric wire also was so long it dragged the ground. Very unpleasant place they should reimburse me for the inconvenience.

Find trailer had wiring harness cut off of it. Had to change to a new trailer. New trailer was full of what appeared to be yard waste and bug. Had to immediately stop at car wash and wash trailer out. When I got to my location with it open trailer only to find it full of maggots. I have photos to send to you if you’re interested.

It took way to long to be able to rent the truck. then the two contract because they could not put them together.you discount to deliver to Burlington and one was showing to deliver to Graham.

Oh. My. God. I had to WAIT for a scheduler to call me back the day before I needed the van to lock in a pick-up time for me. WHAT is the sense in having the process online??? I insisted on getting help with locking in my van before the day before, so that I was assured of a vehicle the size I needed. CUMBERSOME PROCESS and NOT customer-friendly. The STORE itself should be able to do this for me with one quick and easy phone call. NOT SO. I don't know how you can run a company like this. Truck was great and no problems, but getting it reserved was a b*tch!!

I had reservation, it still took over an hour to get the UHAUL and go to my destination. it was extremely expensive this time , then ever before that i rented from UHaul. I was local, I only had a small 10ft truck, I had 9:00 reservation, i didn't leave the store until 10:00 am, we brought the truck back at 3:00pm. i paid over a 100.00 dollars for this. I am very unsatisfied with my exprience with Uhaul this time.
