Juan RUpon attempting to reserve a unit online I had the horrible experience of having to work diligently for two hours trying to obtain a viable booking of a u-Haul unit. Ultimately, I was not able to book a reservation thru the app and had to give up and book the unit via telephone.
Michael DUhaul has charged me for safe move that i did not opt for Uhaul has charged me for 2 days of rental even though i checked out well ahead of the time on the app and sent the pictures to the service email i called and emailed a formal complaint about this yesterday no one has responded back yet I will NOT use uhaul going forward. Looking at using Budget or any other company
MUNEEB RNicest, friendliest U-Haul experience ever. Great customer service and their little spot is unexpectedly delightful. It's still a gas station, and honestly, I didn't try the food, but I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Lorraine WThey were dishonest about the level of gas (fuel service fee of $30.00, fuel charge of $65.00 ($95.00 excess). They added safe move to my charges, though I did not contract for safe move $14.00. It is clear that taking advantage of people is the name of the game at this specific location. AMIR IClean the vehicle prior to use; it was dirty inside vehicle with crumbs on the dashboard area. I found the trailer portion was not swept clean. The gas meter doesn't reflect what is inside the tank making it hard to tell. Also, I had problems understanding the people where I received my rental, although they were nice.
Michele BI was charged for $14 for insurance that I did not agree to. after the transaction was completed I asked for a receipt and she said that she was off that screen and I would get an email. on the way home I checked the email and it had a charge for insurance I never agreed to.
brian tThe person at this location, MY ASSIGNED return location would not accept the truck I was returning. He said it was not his truck and that it did not come from his lot. He somehow “reversed “ the order and made it look like my new reservation was at the State College site. I made some calls and this guys traffic supervisor told me to lock up the truck and put the keys in the box. That is what I did. Meanwhile I was charged $13.50 fuel charge even tho I was to have it at 3/4 full and it was at MORE than that. It seems like I am being ripped off for something not my fault!!!! Help!!
Stephen SStaff should be expected to record the rental as turned in ASAP; mine was apparently not checked in until 2 days after I returned it. I am still waiting to be called by the regional U-Haul supervisor. They also did not know how to process things on their end at the shop and needed me to come behind the counter and help them.
