Charles Allison20' u-haul I was supposed to get head engine problems.. I was given a 26' u-haul in exchange. It was it was having issues as well as well and I called the facility where I rented it from and they refused to call me back. I needed advice if there was something I was doing wrong or any suggestions and they refused any communication. I was also supposed to get the u-haul delivered to where I lived and I was told that no one wanted to drive out there to drop off the u-haul so I had to drive an extra hour each way.

Don NuxallIt took us 2.5 hours w 24/7 pickup to get the truck. U-haul software would not accept our contact locations. This was extremely frustrating. The truck was an alternate because there was no one available to check in our 15 truck, we were given a 20' truck that did not include the furniture moving wheely things. When braking the truck went into 5k rpm, so I didn't stop stop, turn off the engine and restart multiple times, dirty windshield.
Janet HeubachDJ's has been in the same location for 30 (? or so...) years. I have used them before for pick up and for drop off. The father and son team are friendly and helpful. There is no waiting around for someone to assist you.

Edward MayThe trailer was showing its age. Lots of scratches and dings, the metal seams had been chalked, and one wheel was out of alignment. It got the job done just the same. UHaul charged us a cleaning fee even though the trailer was returned as clean as when it was picked up. They never responded to our email about the charge. Makes us think twice before coming come back to or recommending this location.

Daniel WarnerTaillight was out on drivers side and when we asked dealer they told us it would be several days to get a lightbulb in and have it replaced and that they did not have any other trailers that size to rent. Also no Military Discount, you should really help out our Military or you would not have a business.

PAMELA GONZALEZThe 26' Truck I got only had approx 42,000 miles on it making it very new. It was nice, but there seemed to be an issue with the steering wheel or somewhere through to the point when I turned right, there was a small area where the truck just wouldn't turn in about a 2' area. You could turn either side of that point and it went fine, but in that one area I couldn't ever get the truck to move in the precise direction I wanted it to go. This caused me to have limited control particularly on narrow, mountainous roads. I would end up with the truck tending to go right and periodically throwing gravel and/or stones backwards hitting vehicles behind me without being aware of how extensive the problem really was. I told several people in different departments at U-Haul about the issue and the person who was following me also told U-Haul what he observed the truck doing. Hopefully it will be carefully looked into before it hits the road again. It was marked for maintenance instead of just being sent out again.

Trailer had new tires and was in great shaper. His assistant John got everything hooked up effiecently while I did paperwork. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

MICHAEL CROWLEYOwner was not available when we came to drop off the trailer even though their business was open. He finally came out of his home when we knocked multiple times. He said we could just drop off the trailer without his help but we didn't know this.

The dealer never did a walk around to make sure the lights were working before we left ( we didn't think about it until we were pulling away from our house and my husband was following with another pick up.

donald JannuzziDis always works with me and are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I have had to rent a lot of trucks from them, and they have been great. Because it is a low population area, the mobile check in is a plus.
