There was nobody at the drop off area. And the drop off i choose was not the same since it was too far from my original depot

They said they don’t know that I was there. I said I was there why would I have to go thur a snow covered parking lot! Rude response to a customer!

gerald GrzywinskiThe rental itself was fine, but the check-in procedure for picking up the truck outside of business hours seemed unnecessarily long to me. Unless I missed the option to do this, I would have liked the ability to set all of that up ahead of time (for example, entering my passport #, entering contact information for someone who could vouch for me and having that person contacted, etc.) so that I could have just picked up the van when I got to the pickup location. Fortunately, I picked it up when potential witnesses were awake to be contacted, but if I had had to pick up the van in the middle of the night, some of those verification steps would have been impossible to do at that time, and I would have been out of luck. Also, I checked out a dolly as part of my rental, but the pickup location did not have any of those, and as far as I can tell, I was still charged for it. It would have been nice to have been warned that the dolly wasn't available, so that I didn't unnecessarily pay for that. On the positive side, though, the van worked great and was exactly what I needed. Thanks!
Michael PetersonThe Dixie location is always great to work with. One thing to note though, but it's not this particular site: there was a dolly tie strapped against the wall. I understand why you do that but it takes up space in the truck that we could otherwise have used.

Brian ParishIt was hard to bring this bigger truck into this location. Plus parking was hard because it blocked everything. But it was easier to drop off than to pick up for sure.
Jon VanswedenWhen I got there they did have the truck size they claimed they did. Had to use a much smaller truck then what was needed. The truck that was rented to me has a bad exhaust leak, noisey and fumes in cab of truck. Not happy!!!!

Dorian CalderaThe waiting time was too long due to computer / software issues. They did not have all of my information in their system that I input several days ago. They had to restart inputting my info 3 times. They finally had to use their manual back-up system. The U-haul main office called me 2 days prior to change my pickup location to this one. I believe the issue was with the u-haul main office not with this location, but there was no option to rate the main office.

Robert JellisonOvercharged for fuel level when I returned the vehicle with more fuel than I received it with. Made several calls to the location and to U-Haul only to be disconnected and get into the person I needed to dispute the charge. Submitted a picture while inspecting the vehicle disputing the fuel level. Overall frustrated with the U-Haul experience this time. In addition, my wife asked to use the restroom and the restroom at the pick up location hadn’t been cleaned in over three months per the statement from the attendant checking us out.

chris brandtTrailer was full of snow, the attendant did t even offer to shovel it out, nore did he know proper accepted d.o.t way of hooking chains to the truck. The parking lot is un usable and impossible to maneuver.

Ron MatthewsReally bad experience while renting a uhaul from this location. When using the uhaul app it asks you to inspect the vehicle. We go in with no one at the uhaul desk for about 2 mins and keys just sitting there on the wall with no lock box. We can hear anyone since they are all doing oil changes. We take a key corresponding to the vehicle in our app to inspect that vehicle and warm it up. About another minute later a representative comes out screaming that we are stealing his truck and that one is not even ours. 1) if you are going to have a uhaul store front have enough people to manage your oil change business and the uhaul. 2) if you tell people to use an app and you don't want people to take keys off the wall, have a lock box 3) if you don't do either of those and this happens don't yell at your customers like a lunatic and never apologize when you end up giving us back the same keys. Really horrible customer service, probably why you don't see uhauls and oil change places together.
