!) Clean the truck 2) Do not say the fuel tank level is 1/2 when it is only at best 3/8 3) U-Haul advised us on 11-9-19 at 5pm that the return location was open until 7pm well they close at 4:pm on Saturday.

Although the equipment was serviceable, it was old, needed an alignment, and the oil light came on while I was driving it, The staff at the rental spot was great.

I rented a pick-up truck to transport valuable items in the bed.The bed had water and Ice in it so I had to use chock blocks to elevate the goods. What a pain!!! Where the truck is parked to advertise the rental rate, WHICH I MIGHT ADD IS BASICALLY FALSE ADVERTISING BECAUSE THE RENTAL RATE IS BUT ONE OF THE MANY FEES, is on a downhill slope thus all the rain and snow collects in the bed and stays their!!!

your mobile based check in was very hard to use and I had to upload a lot of pictures not to mention I could not figure out how to view the mileage on the f150 it was on trip mode but after some time got it returned.

My drop off was at 5pm on a Sunday afternoon. Was scheduled for 2:30 drop off. So, in addition to an extra days rental, I was charged an “after hours” drop fee of $20??? WTF!? Charge me one or the other...NOT both. Crazy.

I USED to use Uhaul for all of my moving needs. I've moved cross country with this company and this past experience at the Waterford location has forced me to reconsider ever trusting this company again. I rented a car haul trailer which was filthy and had a flat tire. After putting air in the tire and running it through a car wash, I did everything I needed to get done in 3 hours out of my 24 hour rental. Returned the trailer to another Uhaul location as I've done dozens of times in the past and was double charged. Called the store, recieved a rude and downright threatening voicemail from the field manager, called and have been transferred back and forth all the way to the regional marketing manager to be told "there's nothing that can be done"

We rent Uhauls on average, about 4-8 times a marching band season to transport our equipment to different events. Most every rental the trucks are very beat up. This last time was no exception. Serious suspension issues with the left front of vehicle. Luckily was a relatively short trip.

Rental contract was for 24 hours. Picked up rental at 5:30 pm, I had the rental for 24 hours according to the contract but also according to the contract if the rental was returned after facility was closed, you were charged a late fee for return. Rental was returned at 4:10 pm the next day. Business closed at 4:00pm. Hardly seems fair to charge a late fee when it wasn't late.

when we picked it up and sign papers we were told that it was a two-day rental because of how far we had to go to make it easier to get it back to the drop-off location on time when we dropped it off we were informed that it was not a 2-day rental and then it should have been back the very next day therefore we had extra charges we were not expecting very not pleased

Experience was top-notch, truck was ready clean and ready to go. Drop off was also easy and quick. Staff was knowledgeable, explained everything, I would recommend this location for all your moving needs.

This business just went through an ownership transfer the day we arrived. They worked very quickly to deal with the glitch that came up in the UHaul system due to the ownership transfer while keeping us updated the entire time, very efficient and friendly. The process of picking up and dropping off could not have been easier. I highly recommend this location.
