My experiencexwas so good, I can't think of an improvement... but that's my most important feedback: the equipment, prices and customer service are excellent. Agents helping drive the vehicle out of a tough parking spot was also helpful, and I appreciated Shravan's skill and effort to help.

Michael ScottI had booked online a 15 foot truck and an appliance dolly. 3 minutes before scheduled pickup, I get a call from this location saying they do not in fact have an appliance dolly (kinda integral when moving appliances). Therefore I had to call Uhaul - who in fact were very helpful and kind - to find one in the area. I had to drive to Kitchener and get the dolly - everyone at the Kitchener location was helpful and kind. I drove back to Cambridge to the location, where picking up the truck was a slow painstaking process. I was over an hour late for my pickups. Luckily I was able to get it done, however in another situation, I would have been screwed.

VICTOR MELOI broke my right thumb on the back door after it was all rusted and jammed, then the cable broke and door slammed on my hand. The place where I got the truck didn't care and I'm still waiting for u haul resp to contact me as I am now off work for 3 to 4 months. This happened on Jan 20 2024

Brenton RichardsonThe gentleman who checked me in was 15 minutes late. He was rude and not at all pleasant. I asked him to come out and show me how to lift the door to the truck and how to work the ramp. I wanted to make sure the door and ramp were in good working order and that the truck was clean inside. He refused twice. He never came out. I was on my own. I do not know his name because he had no name tag. He was the one on duty at 8 am (but did not show up until 15 minutes later) on Saturday, December 9, 2023.. The two university students who were there when I brought the truck back were very pleasant.
ANDRE DAGENAISFix your app. I struggled for 40 minutes and eventually had to go in to the store to get help. Your app is not intuitive nor does it work properly. I have been designing tech products for 25 years and would suggest you do an audit of your digital products. Refactor them or at least consider improvements to your user experience.

I went back in to correct was told not to worry…. Also they like to park the trucks on private property that isn’t there’s…. I used to live where they parked illegally 147 queen st W. 22 consecion st was very helpfull

VIPPEN BALII returned the truck at 4:20 it was due back at 5:20. The place was closed. I tried to return using the app.i called your customer service. It still didn't work. I was charged $20 because the app didn't work. Not great customer service
LARRY PATRIZIOActually clean or check the vehicle before renting it to another customer. Place the additionally rented equipment in the vehicle before the customer picks up the unit and don't charge them for the dolly you never supplied! Maybe call the customer when they state that there is garbage in the cab (do a video call so you can see live footage, if you doubt your customers so much) Call and confirm billing details when a customer disputes a charge don't just put it through anyways.

charles holmesI scheduled my pickup before the location was open as I needed to get things done before work that morning, but the vehicle that I was supposed to take through the remote process was compeltely boxed in by other vehicles, so the only accessisble vehicle availabe was smaller than the one I had booked, and didn't have a dolly.

I could not save the driver's licence pictures and wasted too much at the location. I had a cargo van the rental before and it was seamless. It's just how it goes sometimes..
Roger SkyersWe originally had a trailer reserved at the Fairway Road Kitchener location. Not a good experience. They wouldn’t let me pick up the trailer because I didn’t have my phone with me. So had to start all over again at another location.
Paul DawsonTry and estimate the gas by price since I only needed to add ⅛ of a tank and the gas meter never moved after $65 of gas when I only needed $30-$35. This is the second time this has happened to me. I put in $75 and after the truck was on for 3mins the gas meter went up past half a tank.
Sonal SharmaWhen I arrived to pick up the truck I was asked to do a walk around the truck by myself and indicate if any damages are not marked with "X", which I did. I wasn't asked to look inside the back of the truck. When I arrived at my destination to load the truck there were blankets all over the floor. When I returned the truck in the same condition I received it in I was charged for cleaning fee. Do not use this location. Poor service, unprofessional, and the truck smelled terrible including the blankets.

Bruce MatthewsYour online reservation system sucks!! My rental for one to Trenton was cancelled late in the day the day before my move! I had to scramble to get a truck! I ended up getting a 15 ft instead of a20 ft and I had to return the truck to Cambridge! Not being able to guarantee a truck until the day before is unacceptable for someone moving! We are seniors and it really complicated things!

Muhammad Q PopalzaiGas gauge on van did not work properly. I drove the van 21 miles and when I went to fill van, after adding 2 gallons of gas the gauge showed less than 1/2 tank after filling. I started at 3/4 of a tank. Agent checked and admitted fuel gauge was not working properly on truck
Mark WardThere was some confusion with the vehicle, we had booked a "one way" rental and this was not available. We then booked the "return trip" rental for 10:00 am Wed to 10:00 am Friday, but the contract said 8:00 am. I called in and spoke to a U-Haul representative and they told me this was no problem, I could pickup at 10:00 and it was not due back until 10:00 on Friday. When I picked up the truck, they said no - it needed to be back by 8:00 am as it was booked to go out that day at 8:30. The truck had not been swept out when I picked it up, and the 2 bundles of moving blankets were not available. Also - the mileage charge was correct but a bit confusing. I was quoted in $0.89 per km, but the truck and billing is in miles!

Ako HusseinI have never faced this kind of service from any Uhaul centres. I took the uhaul 24/June/2023 at 10.00 am, the service person at diva petroleum was very rude and I was so tensed. Next time In Cambridge city I would prefer Homedepot truck rental instead of Uhaul.

I visited the location in Kitchener 555 fairway and they were extremely friendly and all equipment were clean. 555 fairway is a good example that all other location should follow.
Patrick LyCharges should be transparent and billing should be done at the time of return itself instead afterwards.
