I paid to use car dolly and couldn't use it because straps would not work. They were stuck. Equipment needs to be checked and make sure everything is working before next customer rents

I was charged 4 separate times once for the renting of the trailer once for 162$ that was refunded and the charged again an additional 162$ and then 200$! The location I used was closed today so I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone.

The representative in Broken bow , OK was exceptional to find a solution for our reservation. He went above and beyond to make sure our plans and needs we meet. Our drop off was not where it was supposed to be in Idabel they moved it to Broken Bow 25 minutes away so there again we had another hour to drop off. When we got there the online return did not work and were put on hold for 50 minutes waiting on a rep to notify them we had dropped off. Luckily for us the owner of Discount Tire that was closed for Memorial Day came by and let us know it was good to leave it he would take care of it for us and he did. I have again NEVER had these kind of problems with UHaul but I did appreciate that the Discount Tire manager took care of us and let us know he would make sure the return was clear for us.
