The fellow that assisted me was very knowledgeable and provided great assistance in making sure the unit was properly hooked up to my vehicle. His explanation of the instructions was very helpful.

Listen to customer from the beginning. I stated whah I needed the U Haul for and instead of a 16ft truck the owner, Paul, only had one 10ft truck which had no ramp to loading all the heavy furniture I was dealing with but since he obviously doesn't care or listen to customer. I was asked by him "Do you have insurance? " and I responded "Of course why not? " & he added an insurance cost to my contract assuming I wanted the extra coverage for a truck I used for 3 hours and drove only 32 miles total. I am so disgusted with his way of business that I told him point blank that I would never return or recommend his place and he didn't give a dam and ignored me while I waited for my other half. Truck was in bad shape, sun visor broken and kept getting in my line of sight, no ramp, and truck was dirty. I needed a truck to do a job so if it wasn't for a time crunch I would never have went elsewhere. No more U Haul rentals for me. Penski next time.
Make it a smoke free location
I had to go to two different pick-up locations due to the first one was closed and nobody would answer phones. I then called Uhaul and they sent me to another location a few miles away.
Was excellent, no problems ! Would recommend this location!

Very knowledgeable, helpful, easy going. The hours are great on the days open allowing you to get going early in the day without having the rental while you sleep because you had to get the night before. Highly recommend and would use again. Thank you.

At first it didn't look like a rental location, but the owner was very friendly and cordial which made the whole pick up time fun for the children.

Paul with Uhaul was fantastic!
Location itself is run down and very dirty, the uhaul trailer was fine. It was like a local hangout with people just sitting around smoking and socializing. U hauls are randomly parked and not easy access.

How about checking your trucks before renting them out...the heat blowing in was outrageously hot and somehow some luggage of my mother's got burned and some contents were burned. We asked to drop the truck off at a closer location and they were not helpful with that...probably because it meant more money for them if we could not get the truck back in time.
