I arrived at the location at 10 am. The man that runs that location, showed up at 11. The van i rented had no ac and the engine was missing so bad that it went dead. The back of the uhaul had around 10-12 used old tires inside of it. we tried stacking them but the all fell on several of my boxes. Ultimately, i am very disappointed in the whole experience.

The locations staff person was not professional at all. I was told he would assist with the equipment and i was left stranded on the property while he locked the office and left for the day. Not only that, the business was locked when i arrived which should have been open during normal business hours. I hope you find other locations in the area to provide the same equipment, i choose not to have to rent from there again!

the truck was FILTHY when I picked it up (socks and other trash and debris). It smelled of cigarettes, the guy who rented the truck to me was nice and professional but the truck was in bad shape

This location only has the trailers and trucks. They don't stock any accessories which means you have to go somewhere else to get complete Uhaul service.

These people did NOT know much about U Haul returns................and it's in a seedier/financially blighted area of town that I did NOT feel comfortable in nor did I feel very secure. I would NEVER let my wife or daughters in this area of town. Please change this location AND find some staff that are more knowledgeable about their responsibilities to the U Haul company and their clientele!

my location was moved without prior notification. I went to the pick up location I had reserved only to be told to go to this location. I WOULD NEVER HAVE RENTED A UHAUL OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS LOCATION! IT WAS A HOLE IN THE WALL! I COULD NOT EVEN TELL WHERE THE FRONT DOOR WAS! THIS LOCATION IS IN A VERY BAD SECTION OF TOWN!

Answer the phone. I called repeatedly trying to find this location and got no answer. Ended up driving around in a completely unfamiliar area, stopping twice to ask directions. Finally found the place. There was no Uhaul sign anywhere that I could find.

They tried to rip me off with by 2 days overcharge by stating the location was closed on drop off day, infact they have drop off key box outside in case the facility is close. Upon phone call they said they are just drop off location and don't deal with any account or contract information.. Suggestion Be careful from unexpected charges!!

Upon arrival to Discount Pawn & Towing, the owner was too busy because he was the only person their working. I had to wait about 20 minutes and afterwards he asked me to go outside and get the mileage. After giving him my information, he said that I had a balance of $18 because I had gone over my mileage, I told him that that wasn't right but he insisted that I pay the money. After I paid and he gave me my receipt, I noticed that he had charged me for the credit I had received originally. So I called UHaul and spoke to Selena, who was very courteous and preceded to help me to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with her promptness and pleasant attitude in helping me.

My card was charged twice because of an error they made in giving me the wrong truck. I had to stand in line and wait while two other employees were having a sidebar conversation. Very frustrated because I have other items coming out of my account and now I will be charged overdraft fees

The vehicle itself was in bad shape. The transmission slipped, the air conditioner did not work, radio did not work.

My main complaint is that the air conditioner did not function correctly. Actually is on operated in the cooling mode about half the trip from Clinton, Ms. to York, SC. There were several times the temperature in the cab was very uncomfortable and I was forced to ride with the windows down..

the interior of the truck had not been cleaned, there sunflower seeds all over the floor of the truck as well as a half empty bottle of water and a painters mask. the cargo area of the truck had not been cleaned either there were nails and other various sharp metal fasteners on the floor of the cargo area and in the attic space.
