Rented truck on Sunday,didnt complete move untill Wed.Intended to last only one day.Truck leaked gas.Mechanic couldnt fix.Wasted all of Monday.Finally got new truck

This drop off location is awful. The lot to return is on a corner in oncoming traffic. The business was not staffed or open to receive the return. All trailers in the lot were without tongue locks and could have been stolen. I was not comfortable dropping off here at all. Called the number provided and the person answered the phone like it was their home line. Unprofessional. Would not go there again.

My drop off location was once again changed and I had selected the other location specifically because the lot was big and I was afraid to drive this big truck into a small lot. But luckily my husband was comfortable driving it and parking it in the small area. We were grateful for the ability to drop off while the location was closed, I was able to check it back in on my phone.

I was told to pick up my truck at 10 but the store didn't open until 11. I didn't want to do things online and I was adamant about that when I reserved my truck online. I still had to and they put the wrong key in the pickup box when I got through doing things, so I had to wait for an hour to get my truck. Not happy at all!
