They charged me for gas even though I had the receipt for it. The previous and post rental photos of the dashboard shows the mark of the fuel at the same place. I had to send the photos to customer care to get a refund. They were not ready to fix their mistake

Nothing really needs to change. I called and reserved a trailer and when I got to the store everything went smooth. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The drop off was just as easy.

We were sent to a total of 5 locations across approx 50 miles to get what we ordered about a week in advance. We were offered 50 dollars because that is the “policy”, but that makes very little sense. If someone only had an order for 150 and they get 50 off, that's 33%. Our order of almost 700 makes 50 a joke. We had movers already scheduled, and still had to pay them at a rate of 50/hr each for 2 hours that they could not load due to U-Haul failure to provide us the equipment we rented. I will be reaching out to customer service and requesting a larger refund for the issue. This cost is 200 in moving labor, and 2 hours of time for a 500 mile move. Very unprofessional. I have rented over 4 U-Haul trucks this year, and should be credited for our expenses.

Be more professional and explain all details with the customers when making a reservation. Truck was dirty and had a back of trash in it. And the steering on the truck was also off like it needs an alignment.

Truck had to be jump started while we were using it. Some sort of wiring problem because the gauge showed at least a half charge but the engine would not turn over.

The uhaul process made it extremely difficult to just rent a small trailer for a small job. I have been in construction for many years and it is unacceptable for you to demand that my truck be inspected by your so called professionals that apparently didn't know a thing about it, and after I had already purchased you insurance policy as well. It was merely an obvious attempt by uhaul to rent one of your trucks as well, which I did not need. As with most companies these days it seems that customer service is a thing of the past with uhaul also. I think I'll just look into buying another trailer as I don't want to do this again. I've spent several thousand dollars with uhaul this year alone, but I think I'm done with that.

Employees are unprofessional and look like they just rolled out of bed. Was in the store 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged, meanwhile employees were standing around chatting. The only employee who actually did any work was told "You're on your own, dude" by a coworker when he asked for help completing my order. I will never return.

Make sure that they do a walk around with the renters because the truck that was rented to me the driver side door didn't close properly and that we both knew the the damages that was there before I rented it. That way we both knew what was there before and if there was any afterwards.

I brought the truck back at night so it wasn't parked in my driveway. When I got the truck I ask if there was a night drop box. Was told no. Brought the keys back the next day 30 minutes before it was due back. A kid was at a drop box so I gave him the keys and went home. Got my email receipt and was charged a 20 after hour service fee. I was literally charged $20 for returning the truck. Makes absolutely l sense. What service was provided for this $20. Just a way to squeeze just a little more money out of someone. Will definitely not go back to this location and idk if I'll even use Uhaul again. Trying to stay away from a company that needs my $20 that bad.

I was up front with the person helping me that I needed the truck for more than 24 hours. I explained timeframes at reservation and then again at pick up. However, at 24 hours and 15 minutes I got a call telling me I was late returning the truck. Very poor customer experience.

Everything went smoothly. I dropped the trailer off after hours at family auto, so I didn't interact with anyone there. The process for drop off was simple and easy. The pick up location was good and so was the guy that helped me. He even hooked it up for me. I'm a CDL driver and haul trailers for a living and that was a nice touch. I'm sure it's policy for someone to demonstrate the procedure. It still was nice. Thanks for the help.

The place of pick up and drop off was ok aside from the fact they let people skip you in line. However UHAUL made the whole entire process a nightmare! My rental confirmation was never sent over to the place I picked it up from and was not able to get a truck until 8 hours later. Get better UHAUL!
