Roslyn ADo not let them select a location if the equipment cannot be picked up there. I was redirected to another location, at which time they downgraded my car hauler to a dolly, without telling me. When I found out, I was redirected 20 plus miles away to finally pick up the trailer. That said, the guy at the final location was awesome.

JEFF KTold me to drop the trailer off in the back but didn’t tell me I needed to checkout the equipment online. Had to call the next day because no one ever acknowledged we returned the trailer.
Candace CI specifically asked this location what time they closed so that i did not have to do the return after hours with the online return. When we got there, they apparently closed early for some reason. We then spent an entire hour trying to return the van because the website would not recognize my information. Terrible experience.
Rachelle TThe exhaust leaked into the cab. You had to lower the window to stand the smell and keep from passing out. The lock on the chain on the cargo door has no key. I drove 138 miles instead of 180, stated at time of rental.
Jack LI tried to cancel my reservation but couldn't do so online. I called the rental place at least an hour prior but the location was closed. I went there at 10 am to cancel, they said uhaul would not allow it. I would be charged $50.00 if I canceled. I chose to pay the $27.00 rental fee and left the trailer there, never used it. Very poor customer service f r om uhaul.Next time, I'll use budget. I have rented many times from this location in the past few years, never a problem until now. If you value me as a customer, you will reverse the rental charge on a trailer I never used. Cliff Poerio

Lakshmi CMy interaction with the employee was exceptional. However, the vehicle was in need of routine maintenance. It is/was flashing warning for oil change needed, wiper fluid needed , and low tire pressure (one tire had 29 PSI & the others were around 60). Having said that, i missed the opportunity to state that when returning the vehicle because the app was slow and cumbersome. I handed my phone over to my son to complete the return and he clicked past those sections without commenting about the warnings. I suspect the renter prior to me did the same. Other than these warnings, I was completely satisfied and will utilize this location again.
Elizabeth MWe had go to another UHaul originally with the reservation and couldn’t get signal and wasted an hour on hold to get a rep on the line. Then got sent to this UHaul which handed me the keys saying we didn’t check in that truck yet and the truck wasn’t cleaned, and I got charged way to much for gas when we only use half a quarter tank. This experience was unacceptable and delayed our move and those helping me with the move.

Kaylee AThe personnel were friendly but not overly helpful in the actual drop off of the trailer. When I picked up the trailer, the staff made all of the connections, checked lights, etc. I am experienced in towing a trailer so unhooking was not an issue for me, but for someone who was not familiar, some additional assistance could be helpful.

Lurene PMy original pickup location was changed without my knowledge to this location. Uhaul system was down in both locations even though I had completed all information on line prior to arrival. Mattress Discount did a manual release to speed up getting our truck. Much appreciated.

The check in was very simple and the guys were awesome and funny which makes the experience even better 😂 I brought the truck back and just handed the keys to a wonderful nice lady and got a receipt emailed. I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Thank y'all so much for everything! I will definitely be a repeat customer 😊
