My reservation was changed from 730 to 10 and then the prior rental wasn't returned by my already rescheduled time by uhaul so I had to drive an extra 1.5 hour (3 hr roundtrip) to pickup a smaller trailer. By the time I got it half my day was wasted and uhaul didn't discount or extend me a free day by courtesy at all for my wasted time and inconvenience. Very frustrating.RENEE R.

my original pickup location was Wilson Storage on Hwy 95. The man behind the counter was very rude and NO help at all. He informed me he didn't have me in his system and pretty much dismissed me. I asked for Uhaul phone number & without any concern at all he told me to try 1800uhaul..if Derek at the location I picked up at wasn't so helpful I never would use Uhaul for anything ever again.DEBORAH M.

The drop off location was closed, we were sent to the farthest away location to drop off the Uhaul in Lake Havasu City. I was asked to drop it off initially 59 miles out of my way, I changed the location to 40 miles away. The people on the phone to change the location were very nice but I had to make the effort to make it work better for me.Janet M.

Truck was very dirty on the outside. I had to stop at a service station to wash the windshield. After the loaders we paid to load the truck were done with the load(150.00 hr) the rear door would not come down due to the cables on the retractor on both side came unpaved not allowing the door to close. After 45 min with the help of the loadrs(150.00hr) we got the door down. Not sure if I would use Uhaul in the future. I ask at return for some sort of compensation. Didn't happen.Michael H.

The hitch on the cargo trailer needs some sort of jack system to lift it up when hooking up or taking off. I have had to lift it onto the ball 4 times as there was no one to help me it is really heavyJoe B.
This is a used car dealer. The place is crowded with cars, but drop off was quick and easy.Stephen K.
No room in the lot to drop the trailer off, was told by the guy there to drop it off in the driveway. Was hard to get my truck out of there after that. I rented the trailer on a Friday, and returned it on Saturday even though I have until Sunday to return it. He didn't do the paperwork until Monday and then I was charged an extra day. I called to have him fix it, but he had no idea what he is doing. He thinks that I rented the trailer from him and he charged one day rental. I rented it in California and paid the full amount ahead of time, so he ends up charging me an extra day, and he told me to call corporate and then hung up on me.EDWARD U.

My truck was dropped off Monday, a day early as I paid for an extra day, Tuesday. After calling customer service the place I dropped it off lied about the day I brought it. I will be calling again I'm the morning only to wait another 20 minutes to get through to somebody. This poor experience is anything but COVID related, this is just a total lack of customer service concern. Thanks for a terrible experience.BRYAN ELLIOT W.

I ordered 12 blankets and this location had none. I had to use my own linens to wrap and protect my furniture. Also no boxes but that's okay. I discovered Wal Mart sells them at 1/3 the price and same quality.Douglas W.
First, we originally rented the truck out of Blythe. I was contactedthe day before to tell me that they did t ha e the equipment there. The person in Lake Havasu who helped us didn't know what he was doing. He ended up calling someone to walk him through the transaction.Laura B.

I turned my truck into John. He never did an inventory or checked mileage. Called me an hour later and said blankets were missing. I told him they were in the bed and he said no. I said they were folded and in the "mother's attic" portion. He then checked again and admitted he hadn't fully opened up the roll door. He then gave me the wrong info for contacting U Haul to refund unused boxes. Could not be any more lazy.Rick C.
