Need an adjustment for the terrible customer service from the 1800 agent who sent me to pick up the truck in an alley with no one present. Very dangerous for a woman!!! After hours of trying to reach UHaul I was then instructed to the Military trail location. I had hired 3 people on Thursday and was not able to use them due to the late time of the day when I finally got a truck for Friday the next day. Lost money for Thursday and the found the truck with trash inside. This was a terrible experience ! I want a refund! The location was closed when I arrived at the contracted time of 9 a.m. The attendant was very nice, but didn't have furniture pads or the dolly I ordered. Sent me to a nearby location, which had pads but no dolly. Call the 800 number and the truck share manager was in the process of sending me to another location when the attendant showed up. I lost 90 minutes, After 40 years of using U Haul exclusively, I never, ever do it again.Frederick B.

The team at Discount Auto Mall were friendly and helpful. However there was a disconnect between the time of our rental pickup and their stated opening causing us to wait at their facility for over an hour until they arrived. They stated that they had informed u-haul about their hours but u-haul did not update the hours.Susan Q.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I hope someone actually reads this. Let me explain: - The truck was not available at my requested location. - My reservation confirmed my requested location. When I got there, the truck was not there and apparently the reservation pickup location was changed and I was not notified about it being changed. This was confirmed by the receptionist at that pickup location. She was clearly embarrassed, although not her fault. - I had to waste another 20 minutes driving to the other location. - Location was closed although the vehicle was outside, the location was gated. - The vehicle was unlocked but there was no key inside. There were no instructions on where to find the key. - Had to call U-Haul customer service. I was instructed to go around the gate to the front door where I was able to find the lock box. - Once I got in the vehicle there was NO GAS in it. - Basically, I wasted about an hour of my time as well as being further away from my original pickup location, therefore costing me more money for gas & miles on the vehicle. - Ultimately, I believe it is in U-hauls best interest and for customer service's sake to reimburse me a portion, if not all, of the money that I spent. This was a terrible experience. I won't be surprised if I hear nothing back based on this experience.Michael L.

Pickup was scheduled for 8am on the app. Location was bolt locked and didn't open until 10am. Guy who works there didn't show up until 10:30am. All of the people who helped orchestrate my move were now hours behind schedule all because U-Haul didn't know the location was not accessible for someone like myself to enter the location and do the 24/7 ride share. Please ensure you have the correct information when scheduling. We would like our money back because this was a terrible experience from U-HaulJoshua R.

Reserved a pick up truck at what was advertised as a 24/7 location. The place was completely closed. After waiting for over an hour I had to cancel and go to another location and to top it off aaa charged for services I cancelled and am now having to wait 3-5 business days for refund back to my debit card. Make sure the vehicle is safe for the customer to use. The oil had to be filled entirely; the warning light showed up while we were in the road moving boxes. It's a safety concern that this vehicle had no oil at allAlexandra C.

The business hours state opens at 10:00am no one was present for counter pick up, we had to switch to mobile and call customer service multiple times to even get the keys to the U-Haul. On my reservation I put 0 insurance. He told me the total is going to be a little over 100 dollars. I told him no its supposed to be a little over 80. He whispered something under his breath and said sighn hear. I asked if it would change when i get back and he said yes. I didn't know he add the insurance at this time. When i get back i ask him why he put incurance on it and he blamed it on UHAUL. He wouldn't give me back my money for the insurance so i expect you all to refund me the 14.99.John G.

The email confirmation from U-Haul, after I booked online showed Pickup Location as: Sisters Towing Inc, 6907 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL33413. When we went there, the lady took her sweet time to come at the counter. She didn't want to see the email confirmation and just took my license. She took about 10-15 mnts to come back and inform that she didnt have any booking in my name. She was rude, exceptionally unhelpful and didn't possess an iota of customer service sense. I've emailed Erol Ebanks. He has failed to respond to the two voicemail messages I've left for him. If I don't hear from him by close of business Monday my bank has agreed to back the charges off for both of the trailer rentals because your employee fraudulently charged me insurance when I clearly stated I did not want it, and my reservation clearly stated that did not want it. Even after I told him I did not want it he still charged me for insurance on both rentals. Either refund my money or I'll just back off the entire charge for both trailers. This is a scam how you guys do your insurance. You should be ashamed of yourselves.ELIZABETH E.

This family owned location was such a pleasure to rent a Uhaul from. Very respectful, kind, and accommodating. Uhaul transferred my reservation to this location but didn't take into consideration my early reservation time and their later opening time. Not my original location request. Uhaul was in new condition. Butâ€¦. Service was not good. Inconvenient to me, the customer. Requested 2 weeks advance for sunday pickup 5 pm, sunday drop off. Owner called me ,on sunday, to pick up earlier than I requested because they wanted to close early. Upon return was told I would not be able to return uhaul on the following sunday, as requested. So I had to store at my home until next business day, monday. Monday I drive trailer to dealer, around 10 am. Dealership not open, called owner, at first said they were closed, despite already having made accommodations for them ( not me the customer) to hold the trailer an extra day sndvreturn that morning. Finally after explaining my home owners association would not allow me to store another day, he had someone come snd open the property so I could return the trailer. Mind you I waited an Hour outside the property snd missed a 12 noon appointment I personally had because of their incompetenceDavid B.
